I think CrossFit is the closest you can get to Navy SEAL training you can get for non-military individuals. Loved it, thanks for sharing. You got me all fired up now….

This attitude you have and how you speak to us is what drives me to be who I'm becoming! Maybe because I'm an Infantry veteran and it takes me back to those days... There are 2 people's names I mention when I tell them how I'm getting back in to the form I once had...even through your nutrition. It's my close friend Lisa, who pushes herself in everything she does, and Chadd Wright! I thank you brother for helping me get to where I am. You reminded me that the body can be pushed beyond comprehension! After I healed from all my injuries, you pushed me to get my thumb out of my butt and start kickin' butt! You can tell he took your words to heart! That was freakin' beautiful! I love you! Nuff said!

Thank you Chad and crew, another great video! Thank you for putting these videos out, there are a lot of middle aged people out there, who are low in spirit and resilience on account of the Covid, and as one of them, I find inspiration in your leadership and follow in your footsteps, All the best and Happy new year from one of your fans in Ireland 🇮🇪

Think your rowing technique let you down a bit. After the catch arms first then knees. But that was a pretty solid effort. You were never going to win, but you didn’t give up. You must have been an altogether different world of pain , but staying in the arena and going to the finish was a real achievement. Nice to meet Hamza and see him perform so exceptionally well.

Hi Chadd, great workout. Did it yesterday. Time 38:23. Question though with the burpee box jump. Is it burpee, jump, burpee and that counts as 1 rep? Or burpee is one rep, box jump, burpee another rep? I did the first, but I cant figure out how you guys did it. Thanks!

Truth. The only way to be the best is to repetitively have your ass handed to you by the best, that's how you learn what makes them better than everyone else, and how to emulate and improve upon it.

His comment on mindset is similar to how SEALs say they do things. The slicing the pie philosophy. You don't tackle one huge goal head on, you slice tasks into small things and perfect them which then leads to great success. Hamza is right, think about what's in front of you task at a time don't look or have too much in front of you

  • @colstoun4762

You did well, Chadd! But what is incredible is that given your background, this sort of event would have played into your hands with the high grit factor more than something with a significant weight or technical gymnastic element. Games athletes are something else! it shows you what is possible though!

Chad when you get the chance, start making videos with your friend Edgar the green beret, since it's not about who is better, both units are the best in their respective specialties, we as civilians really enjoy their respectful challenges. An idea that occurred to me, if you want, you could record each one doing what the other would do in your unit, for example Edgar is a green beret but he could record a video diving and destroying with some explosive a kayak that Chad had put in a Lake of test, and Chad who is a Navy seal, could do a parachute jump, in some place that Edgar prepares and start guerrilla training, using some friends that you know, after they are trained, assault a practice target that Edgar has prepared, and Chad assaulted the target with his students, this way both Chad and Edgar could finally talk about what they think about what makes the other special.
    Thanks 😃✌️
