These challenges are great! For being ultra runners at their body weight, those numbers weren't bad. Chadd's numbers were really good for 165lbs. Chili learned about that old man strength today, son!
For some reason I want to see you guys do an interior decorating challenge or a flower bouquet or something a navy seal is not known for being adept at.
Something like Japanese Flower Arrangements would be cool. Great suggestion.

I was in the Army, 11B, got chaptered service connected after my first deployment to Iraq 07-08, been in a bad spot since then, but your videos got me motivated to start running again. It's hard when you're older and out of shape, but I'm back down to a 12:38 2 mile now. Thanks for your inspiration and motivation brother. God bless.

If you got chaptered out after “your first deployment”, how did you have a second deployment?
I'm ex army 11B as well. One deployment to Iraq and one to Afghanistan. When I got out in 2012 I got fat as fuck. Almost 300lbs. I got down to 175lbs and back up to 200lbs now, looking jacked as fuck. Honestly I would have beat both of them by a few hundred pounds but my cardio is shit so they are both in way better shape than I am. It's good to get back at it in my late 30s man, soundd like you are doing the same. That's a damn good 2 mile time. I couldn't do that in my early 20s. Congratulations, keep killing it bro
These challenges are my favorite. I challenge myself now. The space force fitness standards ain’t no joke. Held a 10:56 plank tonight, that backwards mile I’m still working on the forward one. Smoked for 20 years, been quit 45 days now, Chadd you and Chili have inspired me with these videos, and the 3 of 7 content is top notch for the soul. Thanks guys

It’s really cool to watch specialized athletes try things they aren’t specialized for. You guys are obviously elite runners meanwhile I am on the opposite end of the spectrum, as a terrible runner but a really good lifter. Cool content!
