Body Line Dent Removal for a Ford F-150 Box

This Ford F150 had a dent in the body line of the rear wheel area of the box. The damage was caused by a 4-wheeler or bike running into the truck. This put a crease dent right in the bodyline and a small surface scratch.
For this body line dent removal, I used a few methods of paintless dent repair to fix it. I first started with glue pulling out some of the dent. This helped to minimize how much I would need to push out of the dent. This helps to bring up the dent clean and keep from making it look like it was pushed out.
Now pulling out a dent with glue doesn’t always work to a 100%. Especially when the dent is in a body line. It is much more difficult to get a clean repair because glue pulling doesn’t get all the body-line out.

After starting the dent with the glue pulling, next was to go through the tail light area with a PDR tool to push out the dent. While I was able to make a small difference with the damage, I was unable to get good leverage to push on the dent. I also was not able to properly see the crease thru the body line to make an accurate push with my dent tool.
The best option that I had was to remove the bed cap off the box. Doing this gives me many options with the holes in the top of the truck bed. I was able to stand up in the bed of the truck and apply better leverage for pushing out the dent. Being closer to the dent helps to better see the damage and is easier with a closer leverage point.
After I was done pushing out the crease dent in the body line of this truck box. All I needed to do was some minor sanding and buffing to smooth out the small push marks and scratches in the paint. This provides an excellent finish for this repair.

I think those little dings is someone holding there to get in and out of the truck and they have a ring on

You must be referring to the other video where I repaired the dents in this trucks roof rail.
Those dents were very sharp.I don't imagine someone being able to grab or hit the rail that hard to make those dents. I've have seen these type many times when someone tries to "break into" the car. It is caused by prying on the edge of the rail.

While this repair was several years ago and I can’t quite remember what it cost.
Just based on what I see in the video for just the dent in the box side I’d expect this to be in the $350-$450 range.
