This happens as a result of Engineer's melee swing and Heavy's diesimple animation sharing the same sequence ID, diesimple has the "become ragdoll and disable player" event attached to it, and something about them isn't being completely cleared when you switch models/classes.

You can change F to another key. You should place it in autoexec.cfg (or in engineer.cfg). In game just select engi and press the button (on some community servers 'wait' is disabled, script will be broken). If script doesn't work, set 'wait 5' to a greater number (e.g. 6-15). If engineer does not have time to take a wrench, set 'wait 132' to a greater number (e.g. 198).

Sounds like a different bug. There's a bug where players can be invisible for you at random. When you are killed by them, the deathcam shows the enemy player in their spawn. In the exploit in this video, the deathcam is where the invisible player actually is located. So it's different.
A fix for the invis in spawn bug is to type "record" and then "stop" in console.

It's a lot better for this to be public for a week or so than for people to encounter it from time to time without actually knowing how. Doesnt matter because if delfy didnt make a video, it wouldnt be a problem in the first place. You dont need to try to remove an exploit no one knows how to do.

They were willing enough to showcase it to delfy, so they were more than likely going to show it to their friends so then you'd have either a group of people doing it anyway or a small community of persons doing it without telling anyone how to do it, at least this way they can fix the bug before someone else figures it out
It's a fucking lie, you'd know that if you'd watch some Delfy exposed videos, he doesn't help get them gone, he helps people know about the exploit, Sigsegv is the one that helps removing exploits, why do you think that delfy doesn't have that one Bug-glitch thing? that shows that you've reported a massive part for Team Fortress 2?

Got killed like this with a mini gun on dustbowl about 1.5 weeks ago, there were sniper bots on the server and this just added to the joy
Just founded out when you do it in pl map spawn area on red (you won’t spawn in the next zone and enemy’s will spawn near you)

Its not like he has to upload this and give assholes instructions on how to abuse and cheat the game WHILE THE EXPLOIT STILL EXISTS! Why did you post this? People's games are gonna be more or less ruined by Invisible Heavies during one of the worst times in TF2 history. It'll probably take ages to fix this exploit, especially due to there being just 1 or 2 people actively on the Dev Team. Delfy, this isn't a defendable action.
Why did it take you this long to realize he's a pretentious fun ruiner?
At least this could give Valve an incentive to fix the game, and it clearly displays how the glitch works so Valve could fix it. I know they treat tf2 like a redheaded step child but last year they did fix the crate depression.
