what if two people share the same car? Can both of them be paired to it like a modern car? Or do they have to keep restoring factory settings and repair with it each time they trade who is driving the car?

I have just bought 2 of these for both of my cars and you can have more than one phone connected to this BUT not at the same time.
I have found that what ever phone you connected first to it will connect first if you both get in the car otherwise it will store more than one for who ever gets in by themselves.
