- I love all the wonderful feedback I’ve been getting on my “Ballates” workouts which combine my two loves - Ballet & Pilates. Today I’m bringing you an intermediate / advanced full body HIIT style workout which will have you feeling the burn in all the right places. Let’s challenge our strength, flexibility, and balance while sculpting long lean muscles! Part 1 we'll be on the feet and part 2 we'll be on our mats - enjoy!
