This past year I'd begun doing one of your 20 minute HIITs every day, thinking that's all i had time for, and that combined with menopause, i was really seeing a change in my body, for the worse. Within 3 days of getting back into this Fitness Challenge, i could see i was regaining my old self again, in length, strength, flexibility, shape and size! Most importantly, i feel healthy and young again, such i desperately needed. 🙏 You are an amazing instructor. Thank you for all you do!!!❤❤❤❤ i think I'm going to just stick to this Challenge on a loop. 😂❤🎉

Lately I do a 30 min session of cardio and/or strength training and then 30 min of these, apart from the fact that I really enjoy the "strength and stretch" action that goes on, my abs have become monster, very defined. "Ballates" is my favorite style, would really appreciate it if you made more. Thank you so much for all your uploads.

I have a question, Desiree: why I feel strong back pain when I do most of exercises from this video? I tried my best, but can't stand this pain.
Thank you so much for your love and support! As far as back pain goes…it’s usually an indication of a lack of core engagement! When you’re in your half roll back position be sure you’re really scooping your belly and tucking your tailbone under. And when you’re on your back, be sure you’re always “imprinting” your spine…meaning, pressing your back into the floor so there’s no arch in your back. Hope this helps! Practice makes progress! 🥰💖💪🏼

As always: FABULOUS! Just a wee question: I always find that when I am on my back on my elbows that my elbows slip/slide outwards on my mat. Is it my mat or my technique?
Mine do too…especially if I’m a little sweaty! Be sure you set up your elbows directly under your shoulders and if you find them slipping out, adjust them when needed. 💖😘👍🏼
Could you do a one or two week challenge how you train your body to look like this :) i cant believe thats only 1 Workout for maybe 20 Minutes a day to get a body like yours:) do you do cardio too? You look great! Sorry for my english, watching from germany
I’m a former professional ballet dancer and have been dancing my whole life, which is why I look like a dancer. But you don’t necessarily have to be a dancer in order to look like one. It’s all about clean healthy eating, strengthening and stretching workouts, as well as Cardio/HIIT workouts. My channel offers all those types of workouts. I recommend devoting 30-60 minutes per day to moving your body to one or several of my workouts…that along with a clean healthy nutritious diet will help you get to your dancer body! 🥰💖💪🏼
