  • In this video I show you how to use a hot foot bath to get temporary relief from symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. A hot foot bath will temporarily relieve painful muscle cramping in your feet, pain in your feet, cold feet, numbness and odd sensations in your feet. As the relief is only temporary, you'll need to consider lifestyle changes, specifically diet, to reverse type II diabetes. Consider low-carb, paleo and Atkins diets to reduce your carb intake and lower blood glucose levels.

I found by accident Activated Chacoal Epson salt and massage my feet with mesh gloves. My feet were not to sensitive for the message this stopped my neuropathy quick, I dont take meds. I also noticed 8oz. Celery juice every morning 30 min later 1Tbs Apple Cider Vingar and 1Tbs Lemon Juice. Also helped. I haven't done any of these things in about 6 months no problems. If anyone try any or all of these methods I it helps someone. Changing my food helps to.😇

One thing I like about this video it's done by a man. It seems like every single online support group or video relating to neuropathy or inflammation involves women. At one point I thought I was the only man suffering from peripheral neuropathy.

That's because most just suffer thru it and to manly to post such a video to much pride. We as men need to put that a side. As a man I do appreciate this video very much. Thank you Sir.

I was shocked to see that you were not an older man as your feet looked like they would have been attached to an old man!! HAHA Just kidding...They don't look old..I'm surprised to see a guy with diabetes more close to my age 40's..I just soaked mine in warm, well really almost scalding hot water with some Epson salts..Mine aren't pale like yours but more red..no sores or anything just not pale..I'm new to the diabetic life..I had been drinking too many Cokes, like 13 a day for a few years now cut back to 2 a day but replaced with sweet ice tea..(hey I'm in the south!! FL)..I know I really do need to cut out all sugar and do the diet you mentioned..Good advice in your video and I'm glad I did not have to see some old man's jacked up feet all scaly and bloody like you see on the Toe Bro videos!!! Cheers from FL!
