Like a hot tube, set to 100 degrees F, when turn turned up to 102 degrees F, it feels extra hot and uncomfortable. Remember, 98.6 degrees F is normal body temp and high temperatures will always flow from an area of high energy to areas of low temperature. So, it heats the feet & body first for a long time, as the water is a good conductor and cools to the air around it, even if A/C or Heat is set to 78-68 degrees F. It enters the feet first, opens the blood vessels that allows warmer than normal blood to flow up into the torso. It cools the the air around it but that takes time depending on the temp, volume and external air temp contact on how fast it cools. 100 degrees F is best overall contact. As it cools over ten - 15 minutes, it begins to feel to cold. That is your sign it is time to stop. Don't forget to start without a towel to step on. Tile is slick when wet, so avoid accidents. Use a nylon scuff pad to clean heels and feet from dead skin cells. You shed 100,000 cells per hour. This is how blood hounds track people even in a slight breeze. Otherwise they are funneled down onto our feet and gather. This is the loose crusty stuff found on you feet. A gentle rubbing will get rid of them. DK, ASE master tech since 78, retired.

That sounds so helpful!
So, ASSUMING the average bottle of water is 16oz(2cups) and you only need to go up to the top of ankle. 1 Tablespoon salt to 2 cups of water, till covering foot. Right?
it all depends... are u soaking one foot, or both feet?
I have never bought water in a bottle. We get ours from a well.. Just experiment and you will fill figure it out. All feet are different sizes so amounts will be different. Common sense.
Who soaks one foot he’s talking about both feet regular basin but one that will fit both feet in it fill til ankle drinking Water bottles 16.9 ounces
Not mini not big ones. A regular bottle.
i think he means is dilute the epsom salts more if diabetic ... being feet are vulnerble it seems they need less intense exposue to products?
How much per gallon
1 tablespoons for 1 liter of water is that the correct ratio?
Appreciate your information. Blessings from Texas to you and your family
What about adding black see oil or adding to skin after?
Give specific size of a bottle water. Is it......
* 1 Liter
* 350 ML
* 500 ML...
So.....1 bottle of water is what? 8oz? 1TB to 8oz??
Regular water bottle 16.9 ounces
1 liter
Love it if... it's devolved and then cooled. Simply amazing 10 mins😊 wow, rub off loosened un-wants then dry.
How does this video relate to ingrown toenail soaking?
Recently had a toenail removed. Supposed to soak 15 minutes 2/day. Lukewarm water. Add epsom salt, 1 tbsp per gallon of water. Is that enough salt?
If that is what your doctor instructed then yes. Hope your toe is all better now!
I really need some advice here. I have had some Varicose vein treatments lately for my legs, calf's.
I noticed one day a big blister on my heel, below the ankle part of the heel. Then a week later I got a long / are several blisters on the outside part of my heel below the ankle. They are clear and filled with a clear liquid. Then last night I got a sharp pain like a needle sticking in my foot and it was a big blister below my ankle. They all have a clear liquid, but after popping, they seem to drain a clearish blood and water-type liquid. What is going on here, I am scared.
Forget the internet John! Call your Doctor!
John, Go see your doctor. Whenever you have procedures done on your body, always ask the doctor or nurse, what to expect this way you will be less stressed when you see post procedure reactions. Also ask what to do, and how to care for the site/wound. Write it down. Often they don't tell you unless you ask. Feel better, good health and healing to you
1 table spoon = 1 bottled of water ( 250ml / 500ml / 1.5l ) ?
... a bottle of water is not a measurement since they come in several sizes. a basin of water is not a measurement either for the same reason. If epsom to water proportions is important than so should those measurements, no? Why not use cups of epsom per gallon of water as a measurement?
Yes, it is not clear. I hope he reads the comments because many are unsre about the amounts.
