That should be be 4th form learned for wing chun ,when mastered then use on actual dummy. This is a good video, but you should change the color backround, the white backround with white kung fu jacket dulls the effect, you need contrasting color to show definition.
This is the wooden dummy form just performed in the air. Its the same form dude. As for wing chun having many forms, its doesnt. 3 empty hand forms, dummy form, stick, and knives. 6 forms in total is not a lot compared to other kung fu styles
