Excellent.......I like it.....thank you SiFu Scott Smith for such a wonderful video..... Miss SiFu Chu Shong Tin......take good care Scott......all the best! 🙏
Elbow ‘presence’ in the centre, not necessarily the physical elbow. Ok for inside arm contact but not necessary for outside contact. Elbow in centre is a first form concept/goal but may not be achievable by everyone but isn’t actually necessary. More important is to cover any inside/outside contact on any slice from nose line to shoulder line. Placing the elbow physically in the nose/centreline can develop weaknesses on the inside and outside lines if you don’t develop the flexibility to cover the slices.
Must compliment. Best instruction vid of the form I have seen. Perfect for a beginner. Thank you.
You're very welcome!

Hi! 1) How many chi sao drills does wing chun have? Do you know of a video presenting them?
2) Do all wing chun styles use the 8 strikes?
badass
elbow in the center bro
not necessarily that strict when it's internal Wing Chun, bro.

It's a little too fast, can you slow it down next time?
This has to be sarcasm, surly.
Great. Lap Nim structure develops Nim Lik. Then it is really energy economical for Internal Wing Chun.
