It would be fantastic 1hour of barre workout, 1hour for intermediate/advanced Pilate or longer workouts for lower body (30 minutes for example). These are my suggestions 😉. I'm so glad I have found your channel. I have been doing your short classes for about two weeks, and I love them they are super great to do, and although they are short I get such a good workout in. I already feel stronger, specifically my core, and I always get a good workout in. I always get my butt kicked by the end but that's why I love them!
I get so excited every time I see a new video from you. I am so lucky I found your channel, I recommend it to everyone. I havent found somebody that guides us through teh steps as well as you do, I could do them with my eyes close! It's so good because it means I dont always have to be looking at the screen when Im on a tough position.

I took the cardio low impact option at half time because any sudden movements can wreak havoc with my feet. Even subbed big arm and leg movements lying on my bak by the end. Anyway you can do it, it feels great to get the heart rate up.

I was able to do this in a short timeframe too - I only had 25 min and it was just right for a quick workout without being too short or too quick. Still feel like I targeted all the major muscle groups in a shorter workout. Thank you!!
