  • Welcome to your 25 minute BARRE AND PILATES INSPIRED mat workout for a full body routine. I've also included a super quick warm up and cool down. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. All you need is a light set of dumbbells which we will use for several of the exercises. Today I'll be using 3lb weights.     I love these workouts! Please more of these mat barre and Pilates workouts. They fly by and that’s the best part when you don’t even notice how much time has gone by and then you say this is your last move. Please more Pilates and barre exercises!! 🙏🏼

    OMG! I will never underestimate a workout like this ever again! The name is so deceiving :D I saw "light dumbbells" and Pilates and my mind went: "Oh, this is gonna be easy". HECK NO :D by the glute bridges I was cussing at my screen :D sometimes we don't need big weights to feel the burn. Thank you for this and keep them coming!

      Agree. And I initially started with 8 pound weights thinking 2 pounds is nothing. I ditched the 8 for the 1 1/2 pound weights 😂😂😂

    Yes, more, please!! I am a 47-year-old woman with thyroid issues and perimenopausal. I must be very careful with my workouts, mindful of working out efficiently but not flaring myself up. These workouts are a godsend! Thank you! I am maintaining my weight, building muscle, and increasing flexibility, all while not increasing inflammation.     I loved this workout as much as I have loved using other videos of yours. Each time I surprise my body with moves that are unfamiliar, I struggle with the move yet I am determined to finish the video. I hope to work out consistently and get better with my endurance.

    I always find your barre workouts challenging and this one was no exception! It sounds so easy and chilled but the name is so deceptive… I had to ditch my hand weights for some of the moves!! 😂 Loved this style of workout, good to mix it up! Please keep them coming!! 🙏🏼

    Love, love, love this workout!! When I saw Barre and Pilates Mat, I got a great big smile on my face 😁!! All the moves are beautiful and felt amazing!!! My favorite was the series of side push ups for the tricep to side leg lift with weighted shoulder press and I added lifting the bottom leg forward!!
    Week 6/Day 5 of the Winter Challenge 2023 is ☑️ and I absolutely loved it!! 🥰

    Used 5 lb weights for this and it was just enough resistance for me. Very good and challenging barre/pilates workout. Loved the incorporation of the triceps in this too! Triceps seem like they never get much of a workout in most pilates or barre workouts. This workout is a keeper for me. Thanks for the included cool down also!

    This workout was fantastic for me as I turned my ankle and take my weight- the downward dog I adapted to a seated toe touch with straight legs
