Khraze: I'm going to use a really interesting Quickhack that I believe not many players pay attention to...
Jokes aside:
To further increase the damage since I played pretty much the same build with a 'Nekomata' and later on upgraded to a 'Widow Maker': Get TECH to 20 ASAP for 3 reasons:
1. At progression level 19 you'll get Tech Weapon charge time by another -10% as a free passive.
2. With level 20 you get acces to the 'SuperConductor' perk which means that Tech weapons ignore Armor.
3. And of course the Mastery Perk: 'Revamp' which Increases damage from Tech Weapons by 25% and Increases charge damage from all chargeable weapons and Cyberware by 10%.
I also recommend specing into the other Rifle/ SMG perks and use the 'Buzzsaw' (an Iconic SMG acquired via crafting. Dropped by the leader of Suspected Organized Crime Activity in Northside), because it's an amazing Backup Weapons OR can be used for stealth missions since it's a Power SMG with wall penetrating Capabilities that can also be attached with a Silencer which none of the Tech-Weapons can!
If you go with the 'Widow Maker' Version (this is a Percision Rifle rather than a Sniper which means it benefits from all the other perks within the Weapon tree) you'll get more damage if you roll a high Headshot Multiplier since fully charaged it shoots 6 shots at once + It works like a Hunting-Shotgun at Midrange due to the tight Bullet spread.
An alternative for even more (yes that’s right) damage by the way is to spec into Revolvers and Pistols instead and use the ‘Comrade's Hammer’. This is a Tech-Revolver with only one Bullet in the chamber but ridiculous damage to compensate for it. But it's a preference thing since I don't like the UBER-long reload time that weapon has.
1. Assault tree perks apply to all rifles, including Sniper Rifles. For example, a perk that reduces rifle reload time by 40% after defeating an enemy will also affect Sniper Rifle.
2. Any other weapon becomes obsolete once you got Widow Maker. It's the best weapon in the game; you don't even need a backup gun.
You can tag them after pinging, that way they remain visible

This Sniping build is an actual class in the original RPG Cyberpunk 2020 book.

I didn't even do a crazy build and I'm already one shotting on very hard. This is extreme lol
I'm still trying to figure out exactly which one of the two mods deals more dmg when stacked on my Breakthrough. UI shows better results with Pacifier but I'm not sure yet when taking diminishing returns into account.
And the shooting range we have ingame doesn't show dmg numbers like BL3's does. Hopefully they'll add that somewhere down the line.

I've been building a similar build since launch. Instead of putting points in body, I went with 20 in Cool (along with 20 in Reflexes and Technical) for all that juicy Cold Blood damage. And keep in mind, if a perk refers to "rifles" in the assault tree, it applies to all kinds of rifles, including sniper rifles, so not all the perks you said are a waste are a waste. :-)
Pro craft tip: If you click on and off the recipe. You'll see the numbers re-roll. So you can craft on the highest number 😏

Started up a new game on very hard and randomly found a tech pistol that does 500+ damage while the rest of my weapons are around 150 damage. It’s a rare, and I’m in love.
He killed every single one of them, and they never even saw him...
If you breach them and apply the vulnerability daemon after pinging it will get even more ridiculous
He also only had 18 into tech, while 20 would give all tech weapons 100% armor penetration. 20 Cool should also give some good benefits, if you really want to optimize the build. But to be fair, items like this or overwatch/ comrades hammer are one-shot killers without any perks required so it's all kind of over-kill :P
Has anyone tried this with Power weapon cyberware? The ones that let you see ricochet trajectory plus the one which increases the number of bounces by 2. I’m running a tech+smart shotgun build with Breakthrough as target softening and need the slots for smart weapon lock-on. Ps I really recommend using the tech shotty to anyone not into trivializing the game by using 100% Breakthrough.

As they release new dlcs / expansions, the levels and streetcred will be up'ed. There will be new armor, guns, mods, consumables, everything.
For me headshot manual assault rifles are always the most enjoyable, the skins, the specs you put on, its always ready, its versatility. Top it with stealth build and its just perfect like damn
But you cant skin anything in this game. (Which is dumb)
Playing Cyberpunk on the hardest difficulty was insane just trying to use base gear. Then I put somewhat of a build together and it felt fairly balanced and then I started crafting and crafting literally trivializes the game. I hope some DLC down the line force us to use all of our skills on the hardest difficulty because if you even craft at all you'll be able to pretty much one shot anything.
TBH, crafting generally destroys balance in any singleplayer game that has it. You can craft your way to being mindbogglingly OP in Skyrim, FO4, ME Andromeda, DA Inquisition, and plenty of others. The real problem in Cyberpunk is that the game is so poorly balanced that it's effortlessly easy to come up with something that completely trivializes combat, without crafting or abusing exploits. You don't need any points in crafting to reach a point where you can walk around 1shotting everything on very hard before you even finish Act 1. The most obvious ones are suppressed revolvers and quickhack spreading, both of which can let you kill almost everything without even entering combat.
@@icyknightmare4592 at least in Andromeda I could 100% a planet and fight that giant Revenant thing with that awesome piranha shotgun build and have a blast fighting it. This is just silly how much damage you can do and it's completely overkill just by crafting alone and not even really spec'ing into skills. At least on skyrim it never really felt this trivial. It's crazy how godlike you can actually be by the games design
Once you initiate combat its not considered stealth as far as any missions are considered if you have that as an optional objective. Me personally im aiming for a complete assassin build avoiding any triggering of combat or alarms as much as possible

I have been doing the same thing with overwatch. With the added bonus that it has a silencer also. But the widow maker is an awesome gun also. The smart sniper rifle is really good also but I need more epic damage mods to make it 1 shot. I dont have Breakthrough yet . But I will in just a bit ...
There is another one called o'five you get from beating a guy for the brawler quests.
Ive been running a similar on my main engineering/rifles and was able to hit 12 million damage, it's a little ridiculous.
my first play through was tech rifle build. I used this and widow maker, decimated everything... play through 2 is melee build, focus on Mantis Blades

I have a mod wich gains hs dmg by 20% . Wouldnt this be better than the 12% crit ?
There is aa SPT32 GRAD that does the same thing, shoots through everything. You can pick it up on the Parade mission when you kill the last of the 3 snipers.
It does not do 3 million damage, but it's good enough.
I know there's a shop in Santo Domingo where you can buy it's variants right after the Heist mission, it shoots through everything and its base damage is way higher I dunno what's the point of tech sniper now

If only the Nekomata didn't shake like khrazy when fully charged... We need a weapon mod that reduces that shaking.
I'm doing something similar. I only snipe through walls as a last resort though.
Wallbang needs some limitations, it trivialises combat with Ai that is already underpowered.
How did you increase your item cap?

It doesn't matter what type of build you make in this game, you eventually become OP folks. This is just 1 of many ways you become OP. Unfortunately, Cyberpunk isn't Dark Souls when it comes to difficulty.

i bugged the game out when i killed a cyberpsycho from outisde the area using ping and then one shotted him through a wall ..lol and it didnt register so i had to reload . i found it does stack on the cyberware for the headshot damage... hmmmm. i'll do some more testing later and crunch those numbers. its odd i'm only hitting 500 k headshots with a higher damaging breakthrough and higher crit damage with tech maxed out with ignore armor and the max tech tree skill for another 25 percent . not sure if the ignore armor does less damage cause you are not doing armor damage as well . i'm gonna re perk my points and test.
Just managed to get 8.2 million headshot damage!. this build works! when making th gun to legendary you wont headshot damage to 4.3, charge multi to 4.00 chit damage to 246% crit chance to 78%

Assault 20 + Technical ability 20 + Cool 20 = Im constantly headshotting with Widow Maker at lvl 50 for 1,5M+, not even crits, not kidding. This weapon, this game, so broken. Also use poison perks and Cold blood perks, absolute beast of a weapon, with Sandevistan, Kerenzikov and Synaptic Accelerator youre pretty much GOD in this game.

idk, but i am not able to hit abover 1.5 mio with my breakthrough. it has 100% crit chance, 275% crit damage (4x epic pacifier mods) but still the revolver „Crash“ does way more damage from stealth headshots. i have all the perks you need for crit / headshot damage. also tech charge damage etc but regular revolvers do more damage than tech snipers fully charged, wtf.
Did you know that nekomata can roll with 5x headshot multiplier? can have not 3 but 5mil damage

Can youtubers maybe STOP calling something BROKEN/OP? You invest points, grab best weapons to get higher damage and one shot killing is the result. There are many things broken in this game but this is NOT one of them. And Tech weapons are MEANT to go through obstacles.
Even without putting too many skill points and acquiring cyberware mod this is broken bcoz you shoot through wall still deal massive damage and enemies won't have a clue, tell me another build than this and pistol stealth build that is broken/OP
I just tried a tech sniper on hard diff and I didn't invest points in engineering still oneshotting enemies with headshots through walls this is absolutely broken and ai is too dumb stays at one place lol

I am 34 now on highest difficulty and my crits are 12-15k.
On hard dif-ty i had 100-400k on same level with same guns.

so i got the crafting spec for the weapon but I can only craft an epic version. and if i do that still no legendary option available
You have to pick up the perk under Technical Ability : Crafting : Edgerunner Artisan (Allows you to Craft Legendary Items) and then you can use the Epic one as a material to craft the legendary one.
I’m confused how stats and crafting works. If I go get the rifle at level 25, will it be weaker than if I go get it (or craft it) at level 50?

So don't craft any legendary weapons with the crafting spec you have till you reach a level like 45 or atleast 40 minimum

Can someone tell me what is perk shard? I find them in NCPD Dispatch missions. But i cant locate them in the inventory. Can someone say what should i do?

@@mohitbala1506 IMO it's better because you don't have to charge it, it's suppressed, it and it shots through all walls. I can consistently get 250k dmg with a decently spec'd build.

Just getting footage for these videos really. I fought with so many groups of enemies to test things out and record that I leveled from that, Also for the last 5-6 levels I used an xp farm I posted here a few days ago.

If this had a muzzle and able to attach a silencer it would be soo good and be logical for a stealthy player.

18 Body for sniper build si such a waste of attribute points. Also some other perks from Assault tree are usefull for sniper build - Savage stoic, Long shot etc. I don't know, sniper and netrunner make sense, but not in actual gameplay, cause you kill everything with Contagion or with sniper rifle, especilly with this one, when you can shoot through walls. Why would you ever use both?
And highes dmg you probably can get with Widow maker.
My breakthrough only has 561 damage
This gun is hard to aim headshots on console though.
the widow maker is easier to aim with, shoots 12 bullets at once that apply poison, or the quasar tech revolver, just make sure they got max crit dmg and multipliers for charge and headshots, crit chance can come from cyberwear and perks, the damage is helpful on bosses like Oda and Adam Smasher on very hard.

U can get the recipe from a gun dealer and craft it. You have a chance to get epic out of white which means go crazy and craft a lot of those
Anyone can help me? I have a bug that Wakako calls me and she doesn't say anything and the call does not end at any time... I can't decline the call and can hang up on her either. This stops me from talking to NPCs, buying stuff from stores, taking fast travels and etc... Every time I load my save i get a call from her (yes, i have tried loading older saves). CDPR Support doen'st replay my ticket, so don't know what to do anymore...
Had something similar happened to me. Your solution may be to let the call play it out as if you could hear her talking. At some point like 1-2 min v will then be prompted to respond at which point if you do respond you can finish the call as normal. At least that’s how I got over my bug.

But for example Divinity original sin 2 has a really good balance in my opinion

But cyberpunk I’m even not thinking about my build...I’m just playing on high difficulty with 1 gun and headshots makes and instakill, it’s boring and broken from the start of the game

I saw in a video that using different grade mods helps for this, as in 1 legendary, 1 epic, 1 rare and so on instead of installing 3/4x legendary mods for example

My guy trajectory análysis do not stack
I would take out all points in body and put in intel. This will give you AOE wipe with quickhacks and your sniper can pick off the remnants. Dmg will also be higher because of mass vulnerability and legendary short circuit.

@@Trapinnewyork44 bit late but you need to up your crafting skill to the point where u can get the legendary one (u should have a high technical ability for this anyway) you then just go in the crafting menu go to the legendary 1 and make it
I hit for 350k with pistol easy 1 shot everything and its faster. Also last bullet double damage 750k is op enough.
I personally challenge the idea that is game is broke in anyway shape or form. This is a single player game. I think we can all agree that its a fucking fun game. There for whats broke? We have been conditioned to think grinding is fun and necessary in RPGs. Cyberpunk 2077 rewrote the rules. Have fun.

Too bad crafting adds to mb for game save.... reach 8 mb and you’re screwed. Can’t wait for this to be fixed so I can play again. No looting means no game....
To be honest I've been crafting like mad and it's still only a bit under 6 MB. You'd have to do some crazy crafting (like tens of thousand of items) to break it. On PS5 at the very least

Are you using mods that you duplicated? The original will have an effect but if you are adding to that you duplicated at those will not.
You need to go purchase those organically
