I don't usually post ever. But I want to thank you Sir! This workout has changed my life, I was 326lbs a year ago. I started eating better as a lost 25lbs. Then about 6 months ago started the 15 min cardio, this 2 months ago I moved to 20 min. I'm down from 3oolbs to 260! Thank you Dr for doing what you do. Wish me luck on the 30 min hit, I will start next week!
Hey thank you for helping me workout 3 times a week. I spend my morning with you every other day. I feel a lot better because of it. Now if I would just cut my carbs more, I'd probably be able to loose a little more weight. I was 215 a month ago and now I am right around 200. I need to make it down to 180-175. Thank you again.

These workouts are incredible. I have seen other HIIT workouts but the instructors do not do as well as Dr. Kevin does in explaining them. So when you start the workout with Dr. Kevin, you know exactly what is ahead. I am 70 years old and a long time runner with a Marathon best time of 3:02. However orthopedic problems prevent me from running anymore. Fortunately, Dr. Kevin provides a meaningful and satisfying alternative with his great elliptical workouts.
For context, I got injured back in March. Came out of rehab at the end of August. Your elliptical HIIT has been keeping my cardiovascular capacity steady while I’m recovering from my hip injury. Your dedication and expertise is much appreciated🙏
You are amazing!!! I watched and participated doing the old video 3x per week for 2.5 months and I lost 30 lbs. unfortunately was getting bored of it. So I’m so excited for a new one!!!! Yay!!
I'm 71 and have been an exercise nut my entire life. I deserve credit for the HIIT workout philosophy... well, sorta. I had been a jogger for years but for some reason when I was in my 40s I began to routinely get those side stitches. So, to combat them I would jog slowly for a few minutes and then go into a 30 second run at about 70%-90% power. The entire routine would take about a half hour. I found it to be a better all-around workout than a simple aerobic run.
This was so great for me im a beginner and also get anxiety when i get to a certain point of heavy breathing and this helped me give it my all and also get a cool down before i got to that point of an anxiety attack. I broke a sweat like never before. Will definitely continue to do this 3 x a week.. Thank You!!
I love this hit workout , I do it every other day. I have lost 10 pounds only but I really have to watch my diet and stick to my diet more. This is a great well done video and Dr Kevin is awesome and guides you through the whole workout. thank you

Well, if you`re still around I want to let you know your eliptical videos are very beneficial to me. Physically and mentally. I turned 70 this year and keep pushing and using the HIIT 20 and 30 min. workouts. Some new versions might be nice! Take care.
First time I have pushed myself as hard as I could, since having my baby in January! I was 120 lbs with an athletic build before, but got up to 187 lbs the day of her birth!! She was a big baby. I now weigh 151 lbs and soon to be less! Thank you Dr. Kevin.. I didn’t give up!! I went all the way till the end. I will be watching more of your videos for sure!

Going to be doing this 3 days a week for sure! ❤️ I got COVID-19 back at the end of December & the elliptical I feel like saved my life along with DDP yoga breathing exercises & stretches. I live in Arizona I work out outside, I wouldn’t have finished this without a voice encouraging me 🥲 I kept thinking it’s way too hot, this is so hard and by the 3rd round it was easier and I’m glad I kept going. Thanks for this video! I’m trying to learn how to work out effectively and this was helpful.
I am unable to do many exercises due to my injury, but my physiotherapist recommended elliptical. After looking through so many videos, this is honestly the easiest to follow and most effective. Manageable but also a GREAT WORKOUT :)
I used to run 🏃🏃🏃, I don't understand why we run, especially as we get older, the impact and jarring running movements only serve to wear your hinges down. X trainers are swimming work out the whole body and zero impact! Dr Kev, I do this session back to back every morning and when I get off, I'm literally pouring with sweat, exactly what I need to start my day. I also like this newer version with the music as opposed to the motivational speakers, the music really gets you fired up, anyway, thank you for providing this free of charge and really helping with my exercise programme. Thank you!
I've been doing HIIT workouts for the past 2 years and have lost over 140 pounds in the process. I've been hitting a plateau recently and needed a workout reset. This workout did the trick! Now I'm back and on track and loving it! Doing this workout 3 times a week and feeling great :)

This workout totally made impact and I just love doing it. It's my favourite so far. First time was challenging yet fun but I had no trouble coping with as it provide the recovery time to regain the energy needed in between the hits. This workout makes more sense compared to other extreme exercises that goes on full blown without recovery time which is too hard to follow. And dr, you are fun to look at too. I had a blast doing this! Thank you.
Thank You Dr Kevin!! I did everything as directed on the 5(25%) strength since it was my first time. I added 5 minutes more for the HIIT then I cooled off for 10 minutes for the sake of burning more calories. Thank You for this. It seems way more effective than doing 50 minutes of intense cardio. Ive been doin his hiit from 2015 since early january and im killing it! Just saw this new one and going to give a try i have a older pro form and do it on resistance 4 but not sure what that is equal to in percentages does anyone know? But it was hard at dirst ut now i love love it cant wait to try out his new one! Thanks so much for posting these on youtube! I play them on my tablet that i hook to elliptical then i do rebounder afterwards or 15 minutes of weight lifting 20 lbs chest press and dead man lift of bicep tricep curls! Then mini tummy curl crunches Feeling amazingg when i finish and how many calories am i burning on resistance 4? Some of the really fast pace segmentss ive done resistance 5 or 6 wow what a burn!, doing this like 3 to 4 ti es a week used to be hard when i first started but not anymore thank you again dr kevin

I started doing hiit workout on elliptical at home 3 days ago , after watching this video. Struggled but this video keeps me going (thanks to your motivation!) Today is my 2nd time this week. And I’ve decided to do it 3 times a week. Also doing intermittent fasting. Persistence is the key! 😃

I was definitely pushing myself more than ever on this one. I’ve had a lot of stressful things going on and I put all my frustrations into this workout. I knew I worked harder than I’ve ever worked out cuz at the end I literally thought I was about to throw up! But it was a great workout and I love the motivation!
Hi Kevin Great video just hava a question about rest times I get out of breath when I go full out can I stop and start again or do I have to keep rowing at low intensity
Thanks for taking us with your workout. Good addition could be heels position. Should we laid it flat ion the pedals or reset it little bit as it would be interesting to share your cadence might take it’s close to 90 RPM. And finally, you could also share at the end, the stretching exercise or recommend, but overall great thanks

Just tried this today on my bowflex (which in my mind, is very much a cross trainer) - oh my word, it’s even better than their max setting , which pushes for interval training too, but does nothing like yours. Amazing! Am gonna cross train with the treadmill and this and kiss body fat buy-bye

Hey Dr. K. I just done this workout. Wow, that hurt!! I am 52 years old and I can do treadmill HIIT no problem. I will defo do HIIT on my cross trainer from now on. Love all your videos...xx
Hi Kevin. Cheers from Spain. I was looking for workouts as we have to stay at home for at least 15 days at home (quarantine). For the next videos, It would be cool if you could also add the speeds on km/h on the editing for us we follow from Europe.

Great exercise when you do it on a morning fast-a bit tougher. Previous day did it after my breakfast and was easy. So morning with fast the best🙌

I’ve been doing one minute high intensity and 1 minute low for 15 minutes. I like this one.
I was definitely pushing myself more than ever on this one. I’ve had a lot of stressful things going on and I put all my frustrations into this workout. I knew I worked harder than I’ve ever worked out cuz at the end I literally thought I was about to throw up! But it was a great workout and I love the motivation!

I think you should talk about target heart rates on HIIT. Both during the intense sections and the recovery sections.

Thanks for taking us with your workout. Good addition could be heels position. Should we laid it flat ion the pedals or reset it little bit as it would be interesting to share your cadence might take it’s close to 90 RPM. And finally, you could also share at the end, the stretching exercise or recommend, but overall great thanks

Just tried this today on my bowflex (which in my mind, is very much a cross trainer) - oh my word, it’s even better than their max setting , which pushes for interval training too, but does nothing like yours. Amazing! Am gonna cross train with the treadmill and this and kiss body fat buy-bye
