First time I had sleep paralysis was scary but also awesome at the same time
I was in the middle of some loud disco and I just kept my eyes closed while tryna call for my fam
After it was over I got up and left the room talking about how epic it was.

I've experienced this several times but only after I've finally fallen asleep after being up for several days partying on meth & other club drugs! I can see everything around me but can't speak or move and only way for me to indicate to my bed-mate that its happening is to breathe as loud and labored as possible - which has thankfully worked in the past bc I get shaken vigorously by my bed-mate and while I may "awaken" scared and afraid, I am nonetheless awake....and luckily hasn't happened in many many years

I enjoyed the video; however, you fail to touch on how Sleep Apnea can cause sleep paralysis. The lack of oxygen can induce this phenomenon. I myself have personal experience with this when not using apnea equipment and unintentionally fall asleep. Quite possibly, there is not enough research on this topic?
