I enjoyed the video; however, you fail to touch on how Sleep Apnea can cause sleep paralysis. The lack of oxygen can induce this phenomenon. I myself have personal experience with this when not using apnea equipment and unintentionally fall asleep. Quite possibly, there is not enough research on this topic?

I will never say drinking is safe of course it isnt i believe its safe(r) because with moderation alcohol is easier to go alongside to live a long happy life. Its a bit harder to get addicted to it and I think with alcohol having percentages its easier to control your intake. I picked drinking as my poison and i never drink until I'm wasted I do it until I'm relaxed and bubbly, eat good food drink water, fall asleep, and when i wake up i feel like a million bucks no hang over, no cramps and sores. And I believe with exercise, a healthy diet, a lower refined sugar intake, moderation, and if you stay hydrated while drinking alcohol honesty while still a poison won't kill you to drink now and again. Keep in mind alcohol is toxic to your body but other factors amplify and compound that threat like poor diet, poor exercise, being overweight, overintoxigation these things also hurt your liver and cause cancer walking alongside drinks, and something that kills people no matter what it is not just alcohol irresponsibility. Alcohol can be safe(r) if you make it wirh care one of the only risks you gamble on for fun, and why would I put so much logic and thought into it? Well because i wanna have fun but not get myself killed. Stay safe.

Comedowns are so bad for me at least, it's a blessing and a curse cause it'll make you rethink redosing. It took me only 2 months to figure out I couldn't do it responsibly, and I can't handle the comedowns. 6/10 it was a pretty fun 2 months - felt like fast forwarding through time. I wouldn't do it again though.

I took it once and I get why people get addicted to it. For me everyday is a battle with ADHD, autism, a personality disorder, etc. there's a million things going on inside my head. I never had a "normal" life, so I never understood what it was like to just be happy, no thoughts, no anxiety. when I took it all I felt was happiness I didn't care what anyone thought about me and my head was quite.

Well, my stepdaughter at 34 wouldn’t lose the drug dealer boyfriend, blames everyone for all her self inflicted issues and NOW? In county jail for elderly abuse, un paid fines for her DUI and looking at several years in prison. NICE COLLAPSE! She is in correctional facilities due to HER behavior. And not anyone else’s. Hope she gets her life straightened out.

Ciggs are addictive and sold at gas stations. Opiates like morphine are non toxic and dont hurt organs. They relieve pain. This obession with addictiveness is hurting people in pain who benefit from pain relief
