    Form 990 Information Return - Year 2020
    -------------------------------------
PART VI: GOVERNANCE, MANAGEMENT, AND DISCLOSURE
    -------------------------------------
The Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation (BLMGNF) submitted the Form 990 Information Return for 2020 to the IRS for review.
This video series thoroughly examines the different sections of the 2020 Form 990 Information Return to document and explain "red flags" that need further investigation.
    --------------------------------------
    Why investigate the BLMGNF?
Susan started investigating the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation (BLMGNF) in June 2020 after she followed the path required to donate money. After discovering what appeared to be unethical financial transactions, Susan expanded her investigations into the BLM chapters and discovered very disturbing information.
Susan recorded her investigative findings and uploaded them to this UA-cam Channel under the BLM Fraud Investigations playlist.
Thank you for your support and encouragement.

Thank you very much for your encouragement and financial contribution. I plan to continue until I see legal action taken against these thieves.

Section c17, about the states, is it true that If a NP does not have permission/registration from a particular state where a donor wants to donate resides, that NP is not authorized to receive that donation?

If the nonprofit anticipates or actually receives donations that are equal to or more than they receive in the state in which the headquarters is located, they must register in that state.
For example, since BLM is supposedly registered in Delaware as the headquarters location, if they receive an equal amount of donations in Florida that they received in Delaware, then they must register in Delaware.
With the ability to send money to nonprofits from any state, the IRS doesn’t mandate registering in a state in which you only receive small donations.
