This thing looks incredible. Honestly, kudos on the newer drivetrain. It'll be easier to keep it maintained and keep this impeccable car in service. I love my 95 federal hearse, but the much older ones have an almost unattainable level of class and honor that comes with them. I think they did a fantastic job on what is now a very rare car that usually gets put in a museum or coffee table book.
What's the name of the background jazz music used, especially the last number 😘😘😘🙏. Oh,,so fulfilling as I watch the restoration of the classic maestro take shape bit by bit 🙏🙏
1 of 3 is "A String of Pearls" and 3 of 3 is "(I Love You) For Sentimental Reasons." Both are Big Band/Jazz standards. I bet 2 of 3 is a standard as well but I don't know that one. _The Big Band Era_ (generally speaking, 1930s and '40s) produced tons of excellent tunes. I hope this sparks further exploration into the music for you. Happy listening!
Properly done resto-rod; my only nit was not seeing a 1964-66 Buick Nailhead vs a SB Chevy. Although if going on a multi state rod run, the 350 would be more practical, if a part was needed due to a possible breakdown. Job well done by all. :)
I think back then they were mostly GM cars and Packards . I had neighbors in the Funeral business since 1935, and I think she said their early hearse was a Pontiac and they used Cadillac's later, but never drove a sedan Cad, always a Olds 98 every 2 years. She told me they didn't want to look too high priced , same reason Doctors used to drive Buick's
It,s not the cough that carries you off it,s the coffin they carry you off in that carries you off . If you don,t get it your a dead loss. G,day mate. Graham.
Congratulations, you had a complete all original car and thought you had to make yet, another hot rod. Since this kind of car is not considered a grocery getter, you destroyed a piece of history.
it's great to have some of the original paper work. Very cool video.
Stunning..hard work surely pays off..
Congratulations, an absolutely beautiful restoration. Very impressive !
Whether I like watching all these registration I like looking at all the old cars
Now that is something to die for!
that is so cool!!!! would have liked to seen the inside all finished... good job!!
Man that's one nice hearse rite there I wish I could own a 1935 remodeled hearse just like that one of these days
I'm proud to have been in the building of this I hand built the door's one of the best things I have done , I owe it. All to my father in heaven ✝🙏😇🛐
sure would like to see the finished interior.
I know it's pretty randomly asking but does anybody know of a good site to stream new series online ?

Watch in +1.5 speed! Helps jazz it up.😎
Beautiful, but should've used the original Buick straight 8. Or a Buick Nailhead. Or a Buick 455. Or a Grand National Turbo V6...
I Think Thats Proly The BEST Hearse I Have EVER Seen.....Looks Like Somethin Al Capone Would Be Takin His Last Ride In.......Now THATS Class! ;-)
Great restoration, though I would have kept it black.
a restoration me back to original colors too!

Awesome job
Why do they always use a chevy engine?
Is this hearse in service ?
It's a Buick ?
It's before-life far exceeds it's current afterlife in most ways.
I'm sure Lew and Trey did most of the work ;-)
Any idea if anyone did an Airflow hearse back in the day?
I think back then they were mostly GM cars and Packards . I had neighbors in the Funeral business since 1935, and I think she said their early hearse was a Pontiac and they used Cadillac's later, but never drove a sedan Cad, always a Olds 98 every 2 years. I have never seen an airflow hearse, but would love to.
Fantastic job, beautiful vehicle, were there any GHOSTS in it?
I imagine there is. Hopefully their kindred spirits

Great for camping
Wonder how many Mob clients rode in the back
thats one pimpin lookin ride ! toooo nice to put a dead body in !
so sad that it was made with a newer motor
