- Our first attempt at a nice video. We hope you enjoy it. This is Ster Julius, son of Queen Uniek. We want to celebrate Uniek’s legacy and showcase this beautiful horse from @FriesianHorses thank you for watching and sharing, this was put together in one afternoon!

Did not know this was Queen Uniek's son. But noticed his feet when he ran, looked just like hers. She had a special gait, the way she placed her feet as she was walking. You did a great job putting this video together in one afternoon. Still can't believe she is gone. Thanks for sharing.

The Prince is so beautiful. It’s wonderful to see him happily running! When he looked at the picture of Uniek, it made me cry. It may be too long ago for Julius to remember her, but we’ll never forget. It’s kind of you to pay tribute to the Queen. She’s a fixture in our hearts. Happy Birthday once more, Prince Julius!

I finally stopped crying from Yvonne's post this morning and here I go again. I never met Uniek but loved her like she was my own. Thank you so much. Julius is a beauty like his mother.

The first time I saw a horse like him I stopped my car got out went to the fence .he stopped half way.snorted and smelled me.i said...YOU ARE THR MOST BEAUYFUL THING I HAVE EVER SEEN. He turned his head tossed his head and went on his way.i will never forget the experience ❤

Belle was foaled a few days before Uniek passed away. It is a source of comfort and pride to see the beauty and nobility of Uniek living in her Prince Julius.❤

in the 1920's there 3 or 4 original stud book stallions.....Julius is out of the Mark line of the original 3 or 4 stallion lines

Okay, where has this gentleman horse been hiding. OMG, he's breath taking. I'm beginning to get the picture, of why Yvonne really tried to have Queen Uniek have some additional foals. This horse is drop down dead beautiful. In a word magnificent and he's tall, 16.1 hands. Wow!

i cried this morning, and now im in amazement because I didn't even know UNIEK had a son that was completely her own!! I thought she was unable to give birth herself and that's why they took in coralle to birth Belle for Uniek
Uniek actually had five live foals before her stillbirths, Julius is her second foal.
If you look back at the older videos on the Friesian Horses channel, you can see lots of footage of Eefje, Uniek's filly. Eefje didn't score well in the inspection and had to be sold, but she was beautiful and sweet just like her mom!

I recognize the picture of the Queen, and immediately watched the video. I'm absolutely excited to find one of her foals, especially right after her sad passing. He really reminded me of his mom running in your arena, and that was before I knew the Queen was his mom. Just the way he moved I knew he had to be related to her but I didn't know how at the time. Thank you for making such a beautiful tribute video for such a wonderful horse
