Saly and her full are so beautiful. They all are but right now she's my favorite. I say a prayer for Yvonne everyday and I hope for her full recovery and to be back doing what she loves
These horses are so intelligent. They make me smile at their behavior. Never a dull day at Stal G! They are a family to each other and those of us who love them.

When a foal is missing, especially the youngest and smallest I can only imagine the cold feeling I would get until I know all is well.

IT'S LIKE NOT KNOWING WHERE YOUR ONE DARE DEVIL CHILD IS BUT KNOWING THE POSSIBILITIES OF WHAT THAT CHILD COULD BE DOING!! SCARY AS ALL NIGHTMARES! BEEN THERE - THAT KID ALMOST TURNED MY HAIR SNOW WHITE AT 40 WHEN TRYING TO TEACH HIM TO DRIVE - ON THE BLOODY ROAD - NOT IN THE FREAKING DITCH LESS THAN 6 INCHES FROM THE EDGE OF SAID DITCH!!!

@@lindatruax8319 it all depends on the mares. There’s more of a chance that the “ boss” mare MIGHT watch over a lost foal…and maybe even another. But for the most part, a mare only wants her own baby near her

I'm shocked his mother left him, but she didn't leave him alone, the other mare stayed with him. His mother may consider the other mare his auntie, she will guard him, let him sleep. Plant a few shade trees in your pastures, they are good for scratching on as well as shade.

Most of them don't like the other being near them like uniek doesn't like pjirke being next to her or any other horse. But out of all of them only sjirke gets along with all the others
This is NOT the norm for most mares. Fortunately, the mare watching over him was sweet in nature. I’ve had horses all my life and only seen this once. My heart would have stopped had I seen a mare come without her foal

Saly takes a rather more casual approach to motherhood. At first I was a bit taken aback because she wasn’t as protective as the other mares. And the foals do seem a bit lost and confused at times but as long as Yvonne is there to oversee everything I know that it will be ok.
Uniek knows where RS is at all times. Eagle eyes!!!! BLESSINGS

Oh Yvonne, my heart is literally double timing still,2 minutes after you spotted the foal laying down in the back pasture by himself !!! Once a “mother” I guess ALWAYS a mother the rest of our lives.....regardless of who the babe is😰😰😰🥴So glad the scary moments were happily resolved so quickly....for both of us❣️❤️👏🏻

All of these horses are so beautiful. Friesian horses remind me of Clydsdales with their big feet and hair around the hooves. So it's 77 degrees F and that's hot in the Netherlands? Geez, I'm melting at 109 degrees in Arizona. Not looking forward to when it gets to 120 degrees later in the summer.

I love watching them find the right stall and the right foal. Srijkje had to get Mathilde out of the wrong stall "come here with Mommy if you want a drink of milk." Remember the time Uniek didn't want to go into her stall right away?
It always amuses me to no end, how they wander about aimlessly, as if they had no idea where they are and what they're doing there :-))

I love your constant Netherland English narrating - it's funny but in a damn good funny way. I like it a lot cos it makes me laugh and feel happy. I love your horses too. The horses are lucky to have you as can see you care very much and is conscientious of their wellbeing. They all look well looked after and so healthy. Such beautiful horses and very powerful looking both at the same time. They exude beauty, power and health.

You have that feeling in your stomach like when your going down a big hill in a roller coaster. You think the foal is sick and the herd has banished him is not a good feeling. But Reintje was like Chill out Yvonne I was just having his Aunt Sjirkje watch him while I needed some me time.

I was surprised Reintje came without her colt. I bet your heart leaped into your throat when you saw him lying down!! Mine did!! Thank goodness he was okay!! WOW! That's hot for your country!! It was odd to find Minze Teije laying down in the pasture without his mom. Reintje didn't seem bothered at all to be apart from him! lol... Minze Teije is moving nicely! Growing into himself ~~ All the horses look happy and healthy. I also like that you moved Reintje and Minze Teije to a different stall.
They had to be moved so Minze Teije could eat some pellets 😄❤️
They are lovely mares and foals. Really good looking and wonderful horses. Watching your nice videos here from Copenhagen, Denmark.
Each horse and baby has its own personality. Their guardian, trainer and caretaker keeps their trust. There is a very special bond here.
I have begun going back and watching the first videos Yvonne has made and the subsequent ones after that.....all our great...yvonne has to be one of the best dressage riders in Europe

You rarely see a rider so in tune with the horse. Yvonne is amazing. She makes other riders look messy. Unfortunately for them 😔 Super smooth Yvonne and to have such an affinity with all horses. How blessed she is and how blessed we all are that she shares her wonderful life with the most spectacular horses in the world.

Thank goodness you found the foal. I knew right away you would not show the video if something bad happened, but it scared me. Also I did not know that foals sometimes chew part of the mare's mane, maybe when she doesn't let them nurse? The little ones are so precious, I love them all. Thank you for today's stream! 25 Celsius (77 degrees Fahrenheit) is perhaps very hot 🔥 where they live in the Netherlands. Where I'm from that's considered 🤔 to be idyllic spring weather! I'm from South Carolina, US and hot here is 35 Celsius (95 * F)!

In west, NV and CA we are used to 98 or 100 degrees (117 in Vegas) in summer but its not humid. MN and east has it hard cause of humid. I'd rather have our dry heat any day.
