Omg. I haven’t been to yoga in about a year. This is one practice we did. I’m soooo thankful to have found you. I cried and cried. I know but didn’t know why. I felt all kind of emotions; but it was indeed a cleansing that I soo needed right now. I’m sooo hard on myself. Nothing that I do I feel like it’s never enough. Multiple degrees and established business. Got my daughter off to the Navy. I’m soo missing her. Sometimes I regret encouraging her to go but that would’ve been selfish because I know it’s a lucrative career. Feeling separation anxiety since she’s been gone and I’ve basically been keeping those feelings to myself. You just don’t know how you’ve helped me tonight. I will definitely be subscribing to your channel. I think practicing this regularly will indeed help with the stresses of life. God bless you my sister.
