Ahhh this feels so relaxinnng! Some of this sorta thing sounds a bit creepy or gloomy. This is a little mysterious but so far very soothing and calming. Helping me wind down for bed along with healthy foods such as seed and seaweed crackers with lemom hummus. And some spoonfuls alone of coconut kefir.

I truly believe music heals. Of course, don't replace your antidepressant (or whatever medication you need) with meditation music, but this combined with the correct lightning, ambience, time of the day and place, can initiate a cascade of overwhelming peace that can overcome the hardest obstacles and even if just for a brief moment, remind you that despite all the hardships you are enduring, why it is still worth it to wake up every morning.
