The strange history of Rob Zombie! I talk about Rob Zombie's early years in White Zombie, how Beavis & Butthead helped them blow up on MTV with "More Human Than Human," his solo career starting with "Hellbilly Deluxe" and "Dragula," and Rob Zombie's movies including House Of 1000 Corpses, The Devil's Rejects and Halloween II.

Aren't you in Washington? We have to drive to Oregon to play right?
DUDE!! Does this mean you might do an episode on POWERMAN 5000?
Really disappointed that you're doing gambling ads
There's a video idea for you (if you haven't already, I'm a new subs).. how important Beavis ans Butthead was to the metal scene through the 90s..
Rammstein next please
Rob has always been fascinating to me. Like he’s been with Sheri Moon for twenty years without a cheating scandal (no small feat for a rock star) and he’s against animal cruelty. He just seems like a cool standup dude.
realistically, who tf would cheat on Sheri Moon? lol
My man ain't that stupid
I bet they’re freaks tho
@@vexomnight3079 i said the same thing about Tiger Woods. Reality disagreed with me.
He’s the modern Alice Cooper
Agreed!
I worked at a movie theater in 2008 and dressed up as the Joker during the opening weekend for the dark knight. Rob Zombie was there with his wife and they both complimented my costume. it meant a lot to me at the time and still does. Thank you rob for being the awesome crazy uncle of rock and roll.
He didn’t want you to shoot up the place
@@darkmanj666 lol 😭i didn’t expect this comment
@@darkmanj666dark humor at its finest.
Rob made the Halloween films in and around Georgia. I was fortunate enough to be a PA for them. He’s the absolute best “celeb” I have ever met. Incredibly kind, laid back and gracious. It was like working with a friend. Sherri was the same. I’ll support everything he ever does wholeheartedly.
Very cool!!
Lmao you've clearly never met him, ask anyone who has, the guy's the biggest pr**k on the planet lol
So glad he's like that. Totally love that dude.
That’s nice to hear.
He seems like such a cool dude, doing whatever he wants artistically, and doing that without being a dick. I have no choice but to stan, Marge.
Hellbilly Deluxe is a 10/10 record. There's no skips on that record. It's the perfect marriage of horror and industrial and even still is heavy as hell (no pun intended).
In addition, his live shows are still some of the most impressive and immersive shows around, between the video screens, monsters, art design, etc. It's a perfect sense overload.
Fr, even the interludes are interesting
That was the first album I ever owned, got it when I was about 7, it kicked off my lifelong love of metal and I think still holds up to this day. My favorite track off it changed many times over the years, but eventually landed on Return of the Phantom Stranger.
His shows are so memorable. I still reminisce on the ones I saw. Not to mention he's cool as shit, the way he interacts with the crowd and everything. From everything I've seen and heard he's just a down to earth and all around cool dude.
for his solo stuff definately his best album has not topped it & probably never will
Too trendy. Robs best tunes are on la sexorcisto
Robert Zombie was by far the best concert experience I’ve ever had.
My friend and I purchased last minute nosebleeds on the highway, tickets had dropped to half price since the show already started. When we got to the arena they told us our section was closed, so we could either get new seats, or upgrade to the standing floor. Needless to say we bullrushed to the front of the pit while Marilyn Manson was opening and had the best time. The visuals like you said were unreal. The standing room tickets were $300 and we got in for $20!
This is an awesome memory, but calling him Robert Zombie made me actually laugh out loud
@@jwlms Roberto Zombieto
@@Casey3-P-O *Rubbertoe*
I've seen him like 6 times and yes, so awesome... but man... wait until you witness Rammstein live. Nothing compares imo. 😁
Seen Rob zombie back in 2013 and it was fn badass, from the lights and visuals to the way he interacted with the crowd
I’m surprised you didn’t mention his addition to Beavis & Butthead Do America. He animated the desert scene. Which is pretty cool since he credits the show from helping them get exposure early on.
I thought so! But wasn’t sure if it was him
He didn't animate it. He drew sketches the animation was based on.
@@hannoverfiste4126 yeah I get what he is saying, but it is different.
Didn't like that Beavis n butthead was there breakthrough
I love how his place on 'Cribs' was so obviously his - it looked exactly like how you would expect it to. I love the idea of having mad bank and just make it look like what a horror obsessed teen boy would make. 🙂
I feel like doing one of these on Rammstein would be really cool from you. They have unmatched music videos and live shows, incredibly prolific career, managed to hit mainstream success in a language other than English, and I’d also just like to hear your thoughts on them, I don’t know if if I’ve ever heard you discuss them 🧐
Du, du hast
I second this!!
THIS needs to happen !!!
This!
I thought the exact same thing
I became a metalhead because of Rob Zombie. I was introduced to his music when I played Twisted Metal 3 and 4. Classic games with great soundtracks but my favorite songs were the ones made by Rob. Also, watched House of 1000 Corpses and it was pretty cool. I remember watching when I was in middle school and recently watched it again and it was pretty solid. The Halloween movies he made were OK I'd say.
Same here, met Rob Zombie's music thanks to "Twisted Metal" and "Nightmare Creatures" games, the opening themes -Meet the Creeper and Demonoid Phenomenon, respectively- just delightful.
@@999monder Love twisted 3.
I'll kill anyone with Spectre. Lol
I got very good at shooting while moving fast.
Road rash 3D and their was a kick ass freestyle MX game, that had some great jams on it.?
I love Zombie's Halloween. I love Carpenter's Halloween. They're completely different and feed my need for horror in ever way possible. Carpenter's suspense, pacing and dread and Zombie's malevolence, violence and gore. Perfect complements to one another.
Zombie's Halloween movies, their biggest flaw is their tie to that franchise. They have almost nothing to do with it, and are really just Rob Zombie originals, for the most part. If viewed that way, they do hold up better.
Like Corpses, people are starting to come around concerning his Halloween movies
@@crazydud3380 They weren't supposed to have anything to do with the originals. People who expected them to be the same are the flaw.
carpenter gave us the mystique and suspense, Rob gave us the gruesome details on "how monsters are made". i prefer Rob's Halloween films purely on realism and brutality.
I Hurd the og Halloween movie and christin was in same neighborhood
I saw Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie a few years ago in concert (I went for MM), but was absolutely blown away by Rob Zombie. What an amazing show that man puts on. Just incredible. I barely remember MM lol
Except for he can't sing for shit live yeah great shows. I likes him better in White Zombie but still if you watch any live recordings the vocal style of his albums doesn't translate well at all in a live setting
@@donaldsalkovick396 I had fun at his show, that's all that matters to me.
Yeah I felt the same way. Rob certainly knows how to put on a show.
I was a little too young to get into rob zombie in his prime days, so he was off my radar for a long time. Saw him live once and he absolutely put on one of the greatest shows I’ve ever seen. Absolutely brilliant.
One of the best stage shows I've ever seen. I remember he had 5 or 6 different costumes throughout the show, walked around the whole arena while John 5 solo'd, played all the good songs, couple covers, couple White Zombie tracks, was nothing short of awesome
I grew up listening to rob zombie and Korn from my big sister. When I was 14 my brother showed me the devils rejects and by the time I was 16 I was obsessed. My brother took me to see rob zombie and Alice copper on my 16th birthday and I even ended up catching a pick from the bassist. It still is a super fond birthday memory and I still love watching the movies and jamming out on road trips.
Hello from Massachusetts!
Great video Finn, as usual.
Small thing for pronunciation’s sake, Rob’s hometown of Haverhill is pronounced “HAY-vrill” by locals. A lot of MA city/town names don’t pronounce all of the letters
Our state is glorious. Nobody can pronounce our city names. Worcester, Gloucester, Woburn, Haverhill, Peabody or even Lowell and Medford.
I would have been impressed if he got it right. Don't forget Reading or Leominster
haha.. also from Mass
I was thinking that when he said it
@@hasafienda it's to confuse outsiders 😂
I bought Hellbilly Deluxe when it first came out and tried to sneak it into the house since my mom has strong Christian beliefs. I got caught, and she went in her usual "this is the devil rant." When she paused for a breathe I said "mom, this isn't about religion. He's a giant nerd, like me. He's singing about horror movies." She loved The Munsters and when I told her Dragula was about the car she laughed and said "well, it sounds like noise to me, so don't play it to loud. I guess it's ok." 😅😅
I love Rob's podcast with Joe Rogan. The way he tells his own story, he sounds like a fuckup that made it to the top by doing whatever the hell he felt like doing, even in the apparent face of failure.
White Zombie gave off this vibe of "i dont give a fuck what you think because my personal chaos is more than your corporate order could ever contain". it sounds raw, and the listener can Feel that it's intentional. self-proclaiming rebel shit, VERY experimental. in laymen's terms, he has a taste so strong it has it's own plot armor.
@@KreepKarnageYour first sentence is more like the laymen’s terms lol.
What an artistic talent. I’m not a huge horror fan, but loved the devil’s rejects at the time. Sherry was just captivating to my sick young mind.
A bouquet of dead flowers to Rob for making his own dreams come true!🥀
I've never really been a huge fan of his music or movies, but I've always respected the hell out of Rob. How can you not? Like you said, hes just a guy that kept doing what he loved and became successful. It's definitely inspiring.
"Supercharger Heaven" is still one of my favorite White Zombie songs. I was 15 when it came out. That song is what got me to like the band and Rob Zombie as a solo artist.
I love his movies unironically. They're always just dirty shitshows. I always feel like I need to shower after them lol. I was pretty let down when I saw him live back in 2019. He sounded so out of breath and cut the last words of every line short to snag a breath before the next line.
Beat way to describe his movies. I once legit watched 3 of his movies in a row and had to shut the tv off and just go for a long walk in nature and just clear my head
He sounds out of breath every show he sucks
I thought I was the only one who thought of taking a shower after watching his movies.
I’ve seen him twice, his most recent headlining tour his vocals actually sounded really good. Both times though I’ve really enjoyed his show though. I feel like him and his band put a lot into their stage presence and make the show enjoyable.
@@sergioaguilar2135 His work always makes me feel like I've been wallowing around in filth for months with a squalid central valley commune somewhere in Antelope Valley. It sucks that I also think he's a hack, but gotdang is his story inspiring.
I still have vivid memories of being 4 years old, living in England, listening to Hellbilly Deluxe while my parents were having house parties with their military friends late at night. Was scared of some of the noises in some of the songs, but still loved it. Then later got into White Zombie in high school. He's the first artist that comes to my mind when I think of the 90s. Very nostalgic, makes me sad lol
What's interesting is horror is the theme throughout his career and it made him this famous. So cool and why I like him and his music over the years.
House of 1000 was the perfect time capsule for all the things that made me love Rob Zombie in the first place
When I was 13 I thought la sexorcisto was the most evil most badass album ever made. This was before I got into black metal and slayer so it definitely left a print and I often revisit it to this day 15 years later and it holds up so well.
Rob Zombie is a cool guy and honestly, House Of 1000 Corpses is among my favorite horror movies of all time, I like the whole grungy aesthetic of the movie and the fact that the atmosphere and general tone of the movie reminds me of a haunted house is something I really enjoy as well.
Me too! I recently introduced my son to that movie, and he loves it as much as I do!
La Sexorcisto is just an absolute masterpiece. Always in awe of this guy.
love your positive message at the end of the video, really needed that, thnx!!!!
Talent and a solid work ethic. Nothing but respect for the guy
Rob Zombie is amazing. I had the pleasure of seeing him in concert before the C19 pandemic. It was a complete experience! Lights, pyro, bubbles, inflatable aliens, set decorations, everything!
I remember seeing him back in the day couldn't miss it cuz I was a huge zombie fan, but Korn played after him and it had to suck for Korn on that tour following zombie, cuz after zombie put on the coolest stage show I've ever seen, Korn came out and kinda just had strippers in hanging cages with their music videos playing on screens
Love this one. Love learning new things about my favorite artists. Rob Zombie is a horror/metal legend and you can’t deny his talent. Great vid homie
Awesome video!! I interviewed ROB ZOMBIE for Girls and CORPSES Magazine, promoting 31. He gave me a great interview. Rob rocks as hard as he works and he works overtime!!!! He's one of the hardest working Madmen in show business!!! Thank you for giving him the props he deserves! 🤘🤘
As a big fan of the Halloween movies, Rob Zombie did the movies The BEST.... Hands down!! The way he made it more psychological, made it more scary!!! Rob Zombie rocks!!!
White Zombie fucking rocks. I do respect Zombie as a filmmaker, I've enjoyed the hell out of The Devil's Rejects and HOOTC but maybe that's because I have a soft spot for gritty slasher-horror films with elements of dark comedy. He shouldn't have touched Halloween IMO, but that's another story.
Yeah, he seems to be at his best in the realm of self-aware Grindhouse. Halloween was definitely the wrong franchise for him to tackle. They should have given him a Texas Chainsaw movie instead! THAT I think he could really pull off!
On release day of house of 1000 corpses rob zombie and his wife Sheri came to my best buy in richfield MN. I was the manager of media (God that sounds like I'm old) and he had a huge line of people to sign the movie. He was only suppose to be there 2 or 3 hours but he made an announcement over the intercom that he needs a 30 minute lunch break but he will stay until everyone got there signature. Very very cool dude who definitly didn't need to do that.
His brother (Spider-One from PMK5) is also really talented. It's funny cause Rob went horror while Spider went Sci-fi.
Dude released three back-to-back no-skip albums in a row: Hellbilly Deluxe, The Sinister Urge, and Educated Horses, with that last one also blessing us with the song Lords of Salem, which is a 10/10 heavy-duty masterpiece.
Everything after Hellbilly was mediocre to terrible
Rob made two back-to-back no skip albums. La Sexorcisto and Astro-Creep. His solo albums are everything from mediocre to rehashed garbage. When Dragula first hit the radio, I heard that opening dance/stripper beat I knew Rob was going full-blown mainstream. The teenyboppers loved it though.
This online gambling/betting nonsense is getting out of hand. Thanks for being part of the problem.
Imagine being worried about things you can't control
@@fmlAllthetime that's a very punk attitude to have.
I'm sure the types of people who inspired this grown teenager's entire personality would be very proud.
Nah homie, it's pretty much the foundation of Stoicism, Taoism, Cynicism (the philosophy), and many Existentialists.
Why you fightin bout shit you can't control? Forreal though?
What you gone accomplish with that? Anything? At all? Probably not. So why not worry about the shit where you can accomplish shit, namely, YOUR OWN LIFE.
It's Punk in the sense that it's not about conformity, except for conformity to the nature of reality. Natural law and the patterns of the human animal.
Honestly, your response troubles me. I do wonder, very sincerely, if you wake up happy with the world you inhabit.
As if any of us could judge existence ya know? Seems arrogant is all.
Took me awhile to learn humility, and I wish you luck. Be easy.
Pretty sure it's a solid philosophical position to carry, given that you, VERY LITERALLY, cannot do anything about stuff you can't control.
I ain't bothered when I wake up ya know?
Should read some Taoist thought, or some Nietzsche. Might help
Was really hoping you'd make this vid, Rob has been a hero of mine since I was around 13, this video just reminded me why I became obsessed with his work
LOVE,LOVE Rob Zombie! This was so informative. I have seen him in concert and he has one of thee most incredible shows. He is very talented on so many levels. He just seems to be the coolest and more artistic guy.
I remember dropping acid when I was 13 by myself and listening to La Sexorcisto on headphones and tripping balls and just staring at the art work. Love that album.
Nice
acid at 13 goddamn
Rob Zombie knows how to put on a show for sure. I worked for many of his shows and got to meet him a few times. Very cool guy took time to talk to all us. The first time I saw him pre-show I didn't recognize him since he was not in costume. He was directing the set up of the stage. Zombie/Korn one of my favorite tours ever!!!🤘🤘🤘
The Zombie/Korn tour was called the Rock is Dead Tour. It was my first concert. Awesome
@@lurker_dude1955 That's right!!! I had forgotten the name!!! 🤘🤘🤘
Same! I was a stage hand and met him as well. He was pissed that a security guy walked in on his wife dressing, but still a rad dude.
@@dudleyhughbanks9287 I wasn't that guard!!! Man working shows were a blast back in the day!!!
I have loved this man and his career the whole way through. This is my favorite video you have made.
Awesome video on one of my favorite artists of all time! I love the ending "what would Rob Zombie do?"
I've actually been thinking that a lot lately...thanks for this!
In my opinion, I think Rob is one of the truly blessed human beings on this planet. He has a gift and I'm glad he didn't throw it away.
Astro Creep is STILL a go-to album for me. I LOVE “Blood Milk and Sky”, and when I saw them in 1994,5, or 6 (I mean, sorry, long time ago, it was one of those years) I had the time of my life! But Babes In Toyland was set to open, and the drummer had broken her foot so they couldn’t play. That was so upsetting to me, because I fucking LOVED Kat Bejaland
El phantasmo and the chicken run used to be my go to music after a night out and had company.
Gonna send this to my best friend. He's a big Rob fan and probably knows everything in this, but I think he'll really appreciate it!! Awesome job as always Finn, love ya bud! 🖤
i have been doing my own thing with my own terms for 9 years now love the thing you said in the end about just keep grinding and simply refuse to accept defeat very inspiering for me as was this whole video thanks man i will remember you when i'm up there in the top of the game!
My mom is a huge fan of Rob and his movies specifically. I remember being a little kid. Maybe 10 or 11 and my mom showing me House of 1000 Corpses. It was the most terrifying and disgusting thing I have ever seen. My mom is a huge horror person and would just show me all these horror movies when I was definitely way to young. I didn't turn out to be a weirdo thankfully. I love horror movies now and its probably my favorite genre. The first movie me and then girlfriend and now wife watched was The Strangers. She probably thought I was a whack for picking that movie. I love that movie so much. We watch it together all the time now.
Love this format! Glad to see the history and context before diving into their music careers.
One little fyi, the town Haverhill is pronounced “Hay-vrille” like Avril (Lavigne) but starting with “hay”
I love that he reinvents himself when the opportunity happens and is totally fine at closing the door when he feels it's over.
The best example I have is when he hired John 5 for a tour and said "this is just a one off, I'm done", or something similar.
And then they go on to form a massive bond and new cycle of his music style.
Great video man I really enjoyed it thanks dude
It struck me when I heard rob zombie's story. I want to do multiple things and I don't want to be pidgeon holed. He is a great, inspiration for multi-talented people.
Discovered Rob Zombie from playing Twisted Metal games for hours as a kid. I have loved his stuff ever since.
same here!
we need part two!! to this. i love hearing about rob's history.
Hey Finn, you are a man that does his homework thank you for that, your videos are brutally accurate keep em coming
I owe a lot to Rob Zombie and hearing Dragula in particular for getting me into metal and later extreme metal. It came out when i was 10 years old and hearing it late at night at on my local radio station, I thought "this is awesome!" and I was given Hellbilly Deluxe on tape and basically played it until it no longer played anymore. This is a great summary of Rob Zombie's career!
I remember the day me and my friends discovered Dragula. We were hooked instantly.
I was in high school when Hellbilly Deluxe came out. One of the jocks would play it on a boombox in the locker room before gym class to get everyone pumped up. I'm not the type to get pumped up for team sports, but the music really grew on me.
I thought i was the only one who absolutely loved House of a Thousand Corpses from the start. And i was extremely disappointed in The Devils Rejects. Also, super unpopular opinion but i was always found the original Halloween movie to be boring. I thought Rob actually fixed that movie lol. Cool video Finn
I kind of agree with that last part
Bro we could be the same person. That is EXACTLY how I feel
I didn't. I always felt rob would do well with Texas chainsaw massacre..not halloween.
thanks alot for your videos :) they are really fun to watch and always interesting! greetings from germany!
Thank you for watching!
Great video! I have been a fan of zombie since la sexorcisto. I have always found his journey so inspiring.
My biggest early exposure to him was watching him paint the set of Headbangers Ball behind Rikki Rachtman. Can't recall if that was before or after the Beavis and Butthead, but I remember he did that for a few weeks. His solo work didn't keep my attention but still go back to La Sexorcisto a couple times a year for a full listen-through.
Saw Rob Zombie live in Australia in 2011. He covered Metallica, which was cool. Although I’m more a fan of his movies than his music. He is one of the few filmmakers keeping exploitation cinema alive.
I wouldn't give him THAT much credit, but he has definitely been really successful in the exploitation subgenre
Another one knocked out of the park. Keep it up 👍.
This was a great video. When I was a little kid more human than human was my favorite song ha. Never been a big fan in my teenage and adult years. But I've always loved his artwork and respected just his overall vibe in all media
I remember looking through all my dads stuff as a kid and found the house of 1000 corpses movie and couldn’t stop watching it still my favorite movie to this day , I love how it don’t even feel like a movie it’s like a music video/snuff film , I love it 🖤
Yes! The entire vibe of that movie is perfect! It's gritty, raw and brutal, everything I love in a horror movie!
I can't wait to see The Munsters. It was his lifelong dream to make that film too. His first family friendly film as well
I've seen a lot of people bitching about how Munsters looking, but I can't say much myself since I never seen the original. His other films have mostly been great though
it looks really bad, and I hope it proves me wrong!
@@ryanh3635 😱what?! He's a diehard fan of the show, he's gonna pull it off having the same vibe and humor as the original work. It looks silly and fun, and I'm all for it.

i actually really enjoyed watching it! just remember to keep an open mind that it is mainly targeted for family audiences (:
I love Rob. Met him in person, such an awesome, sweet guy. White Zombie was my first show.
‘’ Make Them Die Slowly” grew on me.
I like horror movies, and while watching one Rob Zombie film is entertaining, the plots are all pretty similar; and one is probably enough. I just happen to have seen several as a friend loves his films.
Some 1970s style teenagers, with some beer and weed, are driving around on Halloween, and find this creepy House of Horrors style attraction.
They pay the entrance fee, and are picked off one by one in a series of gruesome games, until there is one girl left, who leaves screaming and covered in bloody rags, and depending on the movie, she may die too.
Only house of 1000 corpse follows that plot. None of the others are like that. In a way you could say Halloween but that's the classic slasher plot so there's only so much you can do to deviate from that.
Lords of Salem is the exception. Not saying it's great but it's different at least
@@dustywaynemusic6297 what about the devil's rejects, or 3 from hell, or 31. None of those movies follow the plot given here. Lol. I feel like they think they've seen many more rob zombie films then they actually have. Like I said only house of 1000 corpse and Halloween follow this plot. and even Halloween you have to do some twisting to fit into this plot.
Love or hate rob zombie movies I think it's crazy to say they aren't original and "different" then pretty much any other horror films being made today. They have there own storylines and very distinct looks and signature rob zombie touches to them. Both in there writing styles, production, sets, and post editing.
Rob legitimately seems like “not a douchebag.” I hate most of his work, el superbeasto was so terrible it was unwatchable, but seems like a solid dudebromanguy
Superbeasto is actually his best movie whahahah
@@mutantsmoke Sure, if you're a BIG OLE DUM DUM
Yea he seems cool sometimes and other times. I've heard him interviewed he sounds like a smug prick. If he no longer talks to his former bandmates chances are that hes the asshole not the other 34 , and did it so he didnt have to share the money . He's more of a businessman than an artist. I had the breakout album and it was pretty decent especially with the movie clips but after that album every dam song sounds the same not helped by adding yea 218 times per song . That shit got old real quick and its obvious hes not interested in creativity or the listener for that matter just churns out the same ol same ol and even borrows heavily for his movies
Incredible video as always!
I'm a nerd for chronological back stories.....love you're here to give these breakdowns....thanks for doing what you do for metal 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Beavis and Butthead introduced me to a lot of bands that otherwise I would have never heard of growing up in a small town in ye Olde pre-internet days. Type O Negative, Plasmatics, and Morbid Angel were a few others the show introduced me to.
Not sure why I thought this would be far less complimentary, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's nice to see all his accomplishments in one place and I had not realized he did ALL of those rat fink style cartoon drawings associated with White Zombie and his solo projects, not did I know about the comics he authored. Keep up the awesome content!
Rob Zombie is in his own league undoubtedly. He’s an artist and a half
Rob Zombie was one the first act I had ever seen live at Ozzfest 2005. Loved it! The festival was epic that year.
I am glad that you recommended me a album that I got on CD one of the oddest places I found that at a church rummage sale I had a friend blow the image up for a poster but it turned blurry when it got to the correct size I wanted. I still associate Rob Zombie, Snoop Dogg, and Pantera with my favorite adult cartoon of the 90's as much as the characters in the show
Love your content, man!
As always much love from Cebu Philippines Finn on bothyour channels.
Salamat!
Great video man.....Loved House of 1000 Corpses, but yeah we knew exactly what we, me and my friends, were getting into. To be honest though also been a fan since La Sexorcisto came out.....Ah beautiful memories.
Great video man! A little biased because Rob is my favorite artist next to Ozzy. He's carved his own way out of music, movies and art in general with no signs of stopping. His music and art absolutely changed my life and made it ok for a weird 12 year kid like me to not feel alone. Your video was 💯 spot on and I really enjoyed it.
As I just binged all of white zombie bc of some video off your second channel I am most happy about this.
Excellent video, Finn!
Hellbilly Deluxe was my first album, I had stuff before that which was given to me by my dad, uncles etc. But Hellbilly Deluxe was the first album that I actually wanted and got solely for myself. I had it on cassette and used to listen to it on a little karaoke machine that I had as a kid. I legitimately used to sneak into my brother's room at night and play "Call of the Zombie" and he would start crying. 🤣 It will always hold a special place in my heart for real, I love absolutely everything about that album.
I’m a fan of Rob Zombie and I swear you posted this at a perfect time
I love this! I am a big fan! I did hear an interview where Rob said that he remembers seeing clowns get drunk as a kid and fight. Lol
this is my favorite video that ending hit hard thanks for that
Rob is great. I love his movies and his albums still sound so mighty and huge.
Love love love this guy!! From my hometown of Haverhill!
The Hellbilly Deluxe albums artwork in and out is amazing
I wanted to be rob zombie when I was a little kid. Seeing him on tv late at night was my first exposure to the industrial look and I’ve never stopped loving it
Love this video dude!
Thank you!
Rob alongside Ozzy was the artist that got me into metal
The big 2 White Zombie albums and the first 2 Rob Zombie albums are some of my all time favorites. House of 1000 Corpses is amazing as well. Supremely talented guy.
Astrocreep 2000 is a perfect album, start to finish its entertaining AF, and nothing else sounds like it
This was so good, as a Zombie fan since 93, I was 13 🤗 This is an awesome walk down memory lane 🤘💚🤘
🦘🇦🇺🦘
Your videos are incredible! You really go into detail and illustrate how every Artist deserves respect even if your not a fan. I love Rob zombie and as an inspiring tattoo artist I’m going to ask “what would Rob zombie do” anytime I’m in a pickle 😂
Thank you!
Rob Zombie’s a childhood staple I’ll hold forever dear in my heart, loved all his films since I was a little girl and so has my daughter since she was a toddler 🖤💚🖤💚🖤💚🖤💚🖤 I hope to have the opportunity to take my daughter to one of his concerts 🤘🏻
Brilliant! Thank you!!
