- Star Citizen just added great new features, some are brilliant but the game is still VERY alpha and breaks a lot. Let's play with @TwoAngryGamersTV Remag, Freeman... exploring the galaxy together! Leave a LIKE and a comment, thanks for watching.

I came back to Star Citizen with some friends to check out the new update. Hope you guys enjoy the show and thanks for tuning in!
😮 bro jackfrag 👏
Thanks for the content, Jack. Always enjoyable.
Play hell let loose please🤞🏻
didnt you crash again right after the outro causing the ship to explode a third time?
Love it when you play this game with this lot. It's so funny

That's dedication from CIG I guess. It's so good now, like really

That perspective of the ship battle from the ground was epic!

Also the ship searching for Jack was so cinematic :O
Invictus starts 17th of May, that means free flight for people that want to try the game, you can see if you like it and if youre pc can run it before you buy it, cya in the verse o7

The servers get absolutely smashed [Server FPS will be abysmal].
So much so that I make it a point to never play during Free Flight lol.

Is the game stable yet with functional servers?
@@LUCAS420BLZ No I would wait till 4.0 when they implement their proprietary server meshing. They just confirmed they are aiming for Q3 this year, make sure to convert that to CIG time. I give it 2 years.

A new jackfrags Star Citizen video? Oh baby
It is a lot better, but if you don't like Buggy alpha's and get frustrated by bugs, I wouldn't pick this up just yet unless you just want to fund the development. It is more of a game now, but only when servers are working correctly.

@zabiullahMONTAGES The game is great if you can stand a few glitches.
@@zabiullahMONTAGES He is so misinformed because he has no idea about anything related to this game and his argument is the same old "700 million 14 years ooga booga", when in reality, they had to build a team from scratch that now has over 1300 employees and develop their own engine with their own new technologies while building 2 whole triple A games at the same time, all in just 14 years, when you put it like that, 800$ million isn't actually infinite money
16:28 69,000 people just watched these grown men have an imaginary tea party. Lovely.
It was either this moment or the epic ship battle as seen from the ground at Ghost Hollow for top moments in the VOD. :)
Lol
The funniest thing I've ever heard about this game is that it is set in the time of its launch date.
That can be true :D. I just hope that cryosleep is going to be an option soon.
It's almost time for this game to expand. Really we are seeing things improve now because the single player campaign is approaching release. As that game polishes, the features it uses also enter the MMO, Star Citizen. Once that game, Squadron 42, is out the door, more time can be spent on the features MMO players care more about. Cosmetics, base building, guild activities, etc. This was a good update to the older systems, though!
One can hope they'll be able to start focusing on content a little more. PvP sandbox stuff is fun, but we need some more theme park rides!
They're already putting out updates at a rapid pace because they moved the majority of the team over from SQ42 to SC. That's why 4.0 is just around the corner.
Lol Space Tomato watching Jack Frags, excellent.
@@peterchild2010 absolutely dude! Since the release of Battlefield 4
It’s definitely heading in a much better direction than a few years ago, but I still worry about SQ42 being a trilogy. If we have to deal with another two single player game’s siphoning backer money and developers from the PU to fund Chris’ pet project, I think I’ll lose my mind.
Some of the best gaming content :) always a tick better than the rest. Thank you for all the effort!

Effort?

How's that take any more effort 😂😂😂😂
@@eillswim it most certainly has been the easiest side hustle of his life and he is just working two jobs beside this UA-cam channel 😂
You obviously haven't followed this guy for a long time.
And it's 30 mins 😂

It was your videos that made me aware of Star Citizen in the first place and now I've been an SC player for well over a year, so I always like to come back and see some more of your SC adventures!
They did a really good job with the new 3.23 patch.
The only thing they need to figure out is the server fps. Once that gets fixed, sooo much jank will go away. I have played on high FPS (PTU and ePTU) servers. It feels like a different game.
@@tiestofalljays They just released a roadmap update slating 4.0 and server meshing for later this year. Hopefully that fixes server fps. 🤞
@@lilycarlson it will not lol they've been saying that about server fps for years
@@HeroOfPandas server meshing on its own wont fix it, its dynamic server meshing so instead of server = system it will be server = planet/moons so a single server only has to worry about one planet instead of everything
@@G0DKILLER_ if you go on details in the roadmap, it says:
"The initial implementation of Server Meshing enables multiple servers per shard to improve load distribution and facilitates navigation between two solar systems."
So there will be multiple static servers in one system in 4.0, but not dynamic server meshing yet.
I was completely surprised that ya'll took out that Vanguard while in a C1, was freaking awesome. Great video, can't wait for your next one.
heads up 4.0 just been officially announced in the new roadmap update
This was hilarious. Thank you, Jack & Tag + Freeman / Remag. Lovely scuffmanship.
That ending was hilarious :D
Coffee machine, and the ship that did not land right reminded me of so many things. Shooting the Pterosaur in the end triggered memories. Thank you, well done. Ghost Hollow was very immersive.
@23:32, There are double missions for opposing contract objectives for players. But it is VERY hard to tell sometimes if your fighting players or NPC.
Great job showing off potential of Star Citizen.
@jackfrags You have to play this every once in a while. These are some of the best SC videos out there and I love watching them.
Given the frequency of unplanned deconstructions in real aerospace this may be the most realistic space sim available. Jokes aside those water physics are damn impressive.
That bit towards the end with the player in the vanguard was so good.
The moment, the other player was getting in his ship and searching for you guys in the woods with his light was very cool. And the air combat after that - epic! You could really see the huge potential of this game at this moment with that kinds of random, but intense encounters.
omg the comedic timeing on "no i just see space" was too good haha
That 'you can catch me' bit was epicly funny😂
Thing is, it is actually possible to catch a falling player in a ship, if you know what you're doing. But in the dark in SC it's impossible to do anything 🤣🤣🤣
The whole vid cracked me, and that gameplay at 24:06 was incredible! So cinematic!
This looks too frustrating to play personally, but god damn every star citizen video from jack is pure comedy 😂
Wow this game looks SO good. So much potential here. The ships flying over the water looked insane
Its why we love it!
You should give it a try during the current free fly happening right now.
Indeed
7:10 austin powers moment LOL
It takes 12 years to make what CIG have accomplished. All the new tech. Star Engine. I'm actually glad we've been able to see the fruits of what over a decade of game development brings.
I'm happy that my nephews will be able to play this game. I was born way too soon for this but maybe if I am lucky I could try it within the next 50 years
Please do more of these! Love it.
A beautiful dream built upon a foundation of pure scuff.
Absolutely loving the longer videos Jack. Thank you
man it really amazes me what's possible with this game. give it another 10 years and right decisions and this would be game of the century
How awesome it would be if they would combine this game with Helldrivers type of missions
The Star Citizen code should be stolen and distributed for free. Tons of studios could make amazing games with that. The SC devs just keep adding more bones, but never any meat ...
@@matteparent2468 What a weird take this is.
@@matteparent2468 Nawh man they are "merely" collecting the calcium atoms straight from the environment and handcrafting the bones to perfection before adding the meat so that the finished beast doesn't cripple over and die with osteoporosis.
@@Tyfurius no no, they keep smashing the bones to bits and refactoring them repeatedly, and the creature is conscious and suffering for every moment of it.
I mean we've had how many total refactors of the space flight? 5?
Its another system on another planet so it will be some time befor we see it. But there is supposed to be a planet that is in a constant state of civil war.
When ever the hell that gets added i believe is were players looking for that type of experience will want to spend there time.
Jack is back in Stanton, wooo!
I'll literally watch any Jack and TAG vid I see, but the laughs when you guys play SC are priceless.
Its nice to see you popular UA-cam content creators have finally took a look at star citizen, i have backed this game since the very beginning when c.i.g where raising money. this game is next level no one is making a game anything like this and that's why development is long, and of course new technologies invented from scratch for this game, for me VR in this game will change everything we think VR is, it will change the gaming industry for ever even with no VR you can bet your bottom dollar im investing in this
Space Tomato absolutely called this! Said he'd be surprised if you didn't cover some SC content within the next couple months and here we are. Love to see you trying out this game. It's come a long way.

That was joyous! Such a hilarious group to watch in game
I love that the hit marker is attached to where the barrel is pointed at. I don't like when modern shooter guns kick randomly and the hit marker sits in the center, not shaking with the gun. It feels better when it is attached and shaking with the gun as it kicks back.
the promise is there, a sliver of it on show. They just need to deliver the rest
As long as they actually commit time to it, im sure it could be done within the next few years, but it definitely needs some meat and some care, optimization and server help for sure
There last real piece of foundation tech ( the server structer they have been building tward since 2015) is sceadualed for Q3 of this year ( and has already had a successful all be it temporary public test)
When that drops they can finally take everything they have been building and stick it together like a proper game. No longer being himderd by a back end arcatexter that will fundamentaly change.
For example they can finaly start work on long range scanning as they will know know how to deal with the seemless sever boundrys around planets ( boundrys that currently dont exsist as the whole star system is just one server)
Can turn off name tags in Game Options. Saw setting today. But haven't tested it.
SC is definitely a team game! Awesome vid.
I genuinely enjoyed you guys talking in your proper vernacular it was fun..
Star Citizen has SO much potential. Literally one of the most in depth and mechanically complex games I've ever played. Sadly, my pc has a tough time running it during combat, but it's just so good. If i had the opportunity, i would make a star wars game following this formula. I hope i can get a better pc for it soon
I would try this new update. I used to run a max 60 fps but ive been able to reach over 100, even up to 120 at times since the new update
@brendonvineyard8620 oh hell yea, ill try it out. My biggest issue was ship pvp, literally stuttered so hard. Hope it's been optimized
I think a 7800x3D and a 4070 with 32gb of ram is the bare minimum for a smooth enjoyable experience in this game, IMO. By the time this game releases, PC's should be caught up by then to where these specs are on cheaper PC's.
@GROGU123 yea but, am poor and parts are $$$ 😂
@@BiasedGrunt Don't forget to turn off Hyperthreading and E-core for max smoothness. And the programs for this don't work, it must be done manually in bios even with Win11.

The game will never be finished if they keep adding stuff
Loved that - that was hilarious
You guys can make a novel easy ! well done man, thanks for share this master piece .
It’s funny, the coffee maker on the 300i used to work 😅
That ending ship battle was fun to watch
Only thing missing now is stuff to do lol. It’s a great update but those distribution centres feel half-baked and still doesn’t really give you a reason to be there outside of a mission
There are quite a lot of missions though and they tie into rep and existing missions but you’re right it would be great if there were non-mission reasons to go there. They have hangars and employee rooms with beds so it would be cool if higher rep allowed you to respawn there. They could also have company stores so you could resupply.
Yup, those distro centres are supposed (or were) to be for the caro freight elevators, which enable a whoooooole bunch of new mission types. But they found edge cases that make the entire game unplayable, so freight elevators were delayed by approximately four weeks. Basically once the freight elevators go live the distro centres will work as cargo trading hubs, as well as raid bases where players on the crim side can raid the distro centre for high valuable cargo.
@@Billy-bc8pk DCs do have local box delivery missions though where you are picking up and dropping off at the same DC. Great for ground vehicles that can carry boxes.
There mission team and lore team resently formed internal teams to build out more missions so hopefully soon. Also server meshing is scedualed for Q3 this year so if we do see them it will be after that drops ( as they need to refactor the exsisting missions to work with the new server back end as is.)
Its got plenty of stuff to do. Do you mean the game needs to explicity TELL you what to do? Thats not gameplay. Thats just an activity. A dopamine dripfeed thats exactly why drug addicts use drugs for. If you lack agency the space sim genre isn't for you. Go play starfield. It will hold your hand and guide you to your little braindead hearts content.
Its fun to watch you play this. I was an original backer long ago with high hopes. All these years later it still seems so janky
