Great rig! I've used a combi version that Mark Bryant has done a video on. I love how easy it is to change your hook, saving you having to ditch the hooklink each time.

Great rig leon thankyou. Have you got any tips on ides to help getting the silicone over the eye of the hook. You mention 1.1 or 1.2mm. Im proper struggling even with a small eyed hook? Cheers buddy
Hi Leon, i was wondering if you could use coated braid for this rig and strip say 13cm of the coating?
Great vid leon. a rig i have never used. Easy enough to tie up. Put it in the armoury for future ref.

Over the next couple of weeks the UK will be in lockdown and we will all be self isolating so nobody will be fishing for months and you will not need any rigs or hooks!!!
Hello , when you cast , don 't slep the D down the hook..,?tks!
Can you explain what makes this any different to the multi rig? The only thing I notice is the silicone over the hook
It’s a more supple version and it incorporates a Slip D rather than a fixed D so can change the hook quickly like a normal multi rig, but also it incorporates the Slip D to give it more movement

@@LEONBARTROPPCARPER does this rig indicate if you've been done off a carp. So if it shakes the hook loose does the ring swivel get pulled to the eye

Yes you could use it for a snowman also

Leon, what size is that silicone tubing you're using exactly I know it's from the tackle box but I cannot find it on this site
I think it was 1.5mm
Good rig Leon. I use something very similar. Mark Bryant's rig where he ties a loop of braid to flouro with an Albright knot. Silicone over the eye and multi rig attachment as per your rig. Added bonus of some stiffness from the fluoro and it tells you if you've been done or not. Both rigs very versatile for bottom baits, wafters or pop ups.

Hi Leon great vid anyway as always but can i ask a very serious question mate....do you think with all the carp kit and terminal bits being made in China that there will be some shortages of carpy kit in near future mate?? Not saying go panic buy 500 packs of hooks or swivels but would love hear your take on it.
Initially I thought this would be the case but China has recovered and everyone is back to work in China so I think it’s all going to be ok in that respect
Leon I found korda braid shock leader makes for a good braid for the rig

LEON BARTROPP CARPER its called armacord it is very heavy but also has that suppleness and comes on a 50 meter spool.

Hi mate, do you ever suffer with the d slipping back to the eye when you give the cast some Welly?
I don’t particularly use it cast extreme distances but the silicone is so tight on the eye that I’ve never had it slip off
