172 Avionics Upgrade Part 4 - Making the panel

Part 4 of the avionics upgrade to my Cessna 172. This is a 1980 model 172P, with the Lycoming O-320 160Hp engine.
The original panel had the old radios, complete with a working ADF. However, as part of the upgrade it’s getting two Garmin GI275’s, a Garmin GTN650, and a new second comm and selector panel.
Rather than try and fit the new avionics into the existing panel, I’ve elected to manufacture and fit a complete new dash from scratch, to make it have a modern, clean look.
The new panel is made from 2024-T3 aluminium stock, and (hopefully) will look good once complete!
