Dragon Ball Z Budokai Playing As Power-Weighted Cell | Mod Showcase

Power-Weighted Cell is a mod for Budokai, this model of Cell is only shown in the final fight and in the Capsule Change screen. With this mod, Power-Weighted will also be replacing the normal Final Form, so keep that in mind.

As a kid I always hated how the model didn't get buff when you played him.

Same thing for Frieza but in reverse, in the story mode you have him thin while in-game he use always the 100% 3D model also in his final form.

I like the attention to detail. They even modelled his nose a bit more hooked in this form. Thats a really subtle detail but it shows they paid attention

I always found it funny that they used imperfect Cell's voice in the English dub of these games because of the Japanese dub only using one voice for Cell. But what does that have to do with the English voice acting? Couldn't they just record Cell differently?
