I watch a ton of workout videos. Can I just say, you are delightful. You actually breathe in your workout displaying that you are actually a human being like us! You also give tons of helpful information and variations. You also don't push insanely hard to the point of injuring us. All in all you are.. amazing.
💪🏾😅 Good workout! It was simple, but not easy! Great for stress relief too! Excellent for beginners with options to advance too. The best part of this workout is that you don't need any equipment! Absolutely loved this! And the variety, and the speed and tempo, can increase or decrease at your own pace, can add weights or no weights; so many options for a beginner to advanced workout! Feeling under the weather today so was able to go at a bit of a slower pace; when I get better, I’m absolutely coming back to this workout and adding weights and some intensity! Loved it!
That was perfect! My work schedule changed drastically so trying to get to the gym, get ready for the next day, & get enough sleep wasn't happening. Working out in a small carpeted space doing cardio or dance is challenging. I also did the empowerment workout & loved it too.. I was sore which I did not expect..Love the focus on the abs. I'm sweating by the end & know I did something. Hooked! Thank you!
Crab reach with extended leg...I did it. It's been 2 years of work but my wrists and core are stronger and my hamstrings are more flexible🙌🙌🙌🙌 Thanks for this workout Charlee😊

This was a good workout - though one thing that was tricky is how quick some of the transitions are, to the point some are even jumpcuts to the next move. I felt like I had to keep pausing, or even going back a couple of seconds to get the full movement in. I would rather the video be a minute or two longer to accommodate a smoother transition between moves.

That's the second workout I do with Charlee and I have the same problem: I can't hear when she starts, finishes or switch sides of a movement. If I don't look at the screen the whole time I miss it. I don't if it's because the way she talks ou of it's the video edition. Did anyone feel the same?
I agree, although I absolutely loved the workout, I had to pause and rewind the video a couple of times because I had only been doing on one side, not realizing she had switched.
Around how many calories would you say this burns? I’m trying to lose 15kg so I intend on doing this video 2 times a week and another cardio video 5 times a week for results.
Please don't workout in the morning before you eat something. Your body can't burn what it doesn't have as fuel. Doesn't have to be a huge breakfast, piece of toast with peanut butter, egg and a banana....etc.
There is no "best time" to work out, some people choose the morning AFTER A SMALL MORNING SNACK PLEASE DONT WORK OUT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH and others like myself choose afternoons-evenings.
