I love how the internet's reaction to Steamboat Willie being in public domain has been the exact opposite of what it was last year for Sherlock Holmes; Holmes gets to be nice and respect women, and Mickey does whatever this is
@@ob2kenobi388 i dont have a direct example but basically because of how the sherlock public domain stuff worked, for a significant portion of his time as a public domain character we only got to use early versions of him, where he was a dick to everyone and a pretty aggressive misogynist. then, recently, the rest of the original books entered public domain and now hes allowed to be progressive and nice.
Yeah, basically, although to say he was 100% a misogynist back in the original stories is a bit reductive, I'll admit. There was a joke last year that now that anyone could write Holmes stories, he could do whatever he wanted, including being nice to women.
@@squidgirl0413 Oh-sweet! Honestly I really do like the idea of Sherlock still living in the late 1800s (the lateteenhundreds)/early 1900s, but being so intelligent and "enlightened" that he's way more progressive than anybody else.
Okay but is no one gonna talk about how the last frame is Mickey then reaching to strangle the duck thats just been vibing to the cat abuse for the last 6 hours and 48 minutes? No witnesses to his crimes I guess.
So not only did you create this original masterpiece, but you animated six hours worth of the most emotionally resonant part of it? You're a mad genius, Quinton.
The duck's reaction takes on a whole new meaning knowing the full context of the scene. Their wide eyes and forced smile give away that they know they're next in Mickey's abusive rampage, but they dare not act out of fear.
something tells me this was deliberately timed so that you could simultaneously play this alongside the decay of sam & cat, then wallow for an additional 20 minutes afterwards
Question: Pete is also a cat, and he is much larger than Mickey, but this cat is about the same size as Mickey. Does that mean this is a kitten? Is Mickey abusing his boss's child???
I find it so odd how people are taking it to Micky like that’s a new concept now. Micky and Disney have been used in art as a symbol for American capitalistic greed and corporate dystopia for decades.

I haven't heard of the Sherlock Holmes thing-could you pls share an example of it?

Can’t believe you animated this just for us and nearly 7 hours of it! What a legend
More work than whatever the hell Disney's Wish is 💀
The goose is really into it.

Horrifying, disgusting and morally indefensible. Liked and subscribed.
“When this enters the public domain, the people can unleash their true creativity!”
The people unleashing their true creativity:
The duck's reaction takes on a whole new meaning knowing the full context of the scene. Their wide eyes and forced smile give away that they know they're next in Mickey's abusive rampage, but they dare not act out of fear.
You suppose that cat was like,,, Pete’s son at the tender age of 1 just crawling around on dad’s boat and doing baby things and not actually a pet?
Well now they're a lasso
this is what patrick bateman was really listening to on his walkman.
This is truly the Micky moment of all time
Who’s Micky?
Glad to see quinton experimenting with short form content
I am laughing my ass off hdjajdysys
That duck is really into what's going on.
It supports the journey, and whatever Mickey’s doing
That duck is just vibin
Between this and Tom & Jerry, cartoon mice firmly have power over cats
Doing gods work with the public domain
quinton knows his audience : you want 9 hours of sam and cat? here is 7 hours of mickey mouse abusing a cat
I for one am so glad that this channel is turning into purely a Steamboat Willie channel
Someone's gotta take advantage of Mickey's first outing finally becoming public domain. I'm glad it's him.
lo-fi animal abuse beats to relax/study to
That duck is enjoying this too much.
Mickey Mouse truly was the Itchy & Scratchy of its time
something tells me this was deliberately timed so that you could simultaneously play this alongside the decay of sam & cat, then wallow for an additional 20 minutes afterwards
quinton, as someone who watches every second of all of your videos this was a delight to see in my subscription feed
I'm sure disney is not happy at all about this. Haha
I was gonna say, that's a weird scene to put in your movie.
I mean, to be fair, he is a mouse
Making it six hours and 48 minutes was a little excessive on Walt's part I will sau
I love quinton, this is what god intended
Question: Pete is also a cat, and he is much larger than Mickey, but this cat is about the same size as Mickey. Does that mean this is a kitten? Is Mickey abusing his boss's child???
It doesn't even match the music, Mickey just really hates cats.
fuck now i gotta watch the whole thing so i can post a screenshot later that I watched it all for bragging rights
Wait till Garfield sees this upload Mr.Quinton, he won’t be pleased.
wow! this helped me go to sleep, its so relaxing
UMG still managed to find a way to claim this video
So where’s the DTV that sets this to “You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)”?
4 hours in and the cat is still spinning 🥲
Guys you gotta listen to Pink Floyd's Animals album while you watch this! It syncs up perfectly!
I find it so odd how people are taking it to Micky like that’s a new concept now. Micky and Disney have been used in art as a symbol for American capitalistic greed and corporate dystopia for decades.
Not anymore. Now he's just a little guy.
Quinton, not the Walt Disney we deserved, but the Walt Disney we needed
I can't believe you animated a full 6 hours of this, you must be exhausted
Who keeps a live duck in the kitchen
To the people who confused about Goofy and Pluto, just try to tell me this makes more sense.
Is this that very long sam and Cat video I’ve heard so much about?
I hope this isn’t a prophecy for how 2024 will go 💀
What if we're Mickey and the bad guys are the cat?
Mouse takes revenge on cat for killing his mouse brethren
This is amazing. Truly a masterpiece. The name Quinton Re2s will go down in history.
Banger music video
i can't believe youtube allows animal abuse on their platform smh my head
Ah yes, public domain at the finest
unfollowing Mickey rn. was a big fan of his work, did not know he swung a cat over his head like a nye noisemaker for over 6.5 hours
Classic Mickey Mouse 😂
It was a different time
Is this cut content from the Sam & Cat videos?
Looking forward to eventual main channel vid The Demise of Mickey Mouse [6:48:32]
Damn, only 7 hours?
If you could mark these videos as Creative Commons in the UA-cam video settings?
NNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
So when's the sequel Mickey Mouse Abuses a Pig coming out?
6:48:33 is so weirdly specific dude.
Is this the Dan Schneider video
why would he do this
mickey mouse is a psychopath
I cant believe mickey mouse why would he do this
I can't believe you animated this. You're messed up.
So long gay bowser
kitch
Thanks for this
Is this canon to the ncu since is a 6 hour essay

Damn the people who made this must've been fucked up

Quinton can you animate the 12 hour version? This version just doesn't quite cut it.
ª
