Unbelievable Transformation !! Beautiful ! The knobs need touch of Gold too !
Thank you my friend, you have a good opinion, it will be even more beautiful
I agree, All white was beautiful. The added gold elevated the piece making the white knobs fall flat, throwing the overall piece off balance. Gold knobs will tie things together. Great work.
Cant believe you saved this piece 😊
It was difficult, but it was possible
I enjoyed myself
This is Shocking!!
Restoing and makeover anold dresser/drawer , you turned a rubbish into a consumer product.
Your job is very good my friend. LIKE👍👍👍
💗💗💗
Unbelievable 😍
Thanks for watching and your comment. We glad to have your suport in the future 💙
Thank you for turning this drawer from the rubbish to a useful item. The breakdown of your electric sander has caused some tasks not to be done.
That doesn't matter at all. It is UNDERSTANDABLE FOR EVRYONE.
Great, my friend, keep going
Thank you for sharing👍👍👍
Hello my friend, thank you for understanding us, thank you for your comment
I like this guy.
Thor's hammer.
Manual screw driver? Manual hammer? Nooooo! Mechanical hammer and screw driver all the way.
And watch how fast he can sand.
Thank you very much for making me laugh, I hope you are always happy, I will correct my mistakes
Your comment was very cool, I would like to see your comment in the next restorations...
Cool! Amazing!!
Thank you my friend...
Thank you my friend...
Objects made with processed wood, restorattion it,
It's very hard work.
I'm sorry your sander broke down, sanding by hand is too hard and time consuming, thanks my friend💚💚👍👍👍
Yes, it's absolutely true, the reconstruction of objects processed with wood has its own problems, if it's wood, it's easier. Thank you for your sympathy.
The faux gold lead was inspired! great job. Just enough to get the thing useful and have a longer life. Not a down-to-the-bones job. It would not have worked with all that presswood. Thanks.
One of the points that should be considered in the restoration of old furniture is that the skeleton of the product should be strengthened first, and then by using layers of protective paint, we can give the product a more beautiful shape and also provide a protective coating against moisture and insects. create. Finally, thanks for your smart comment.
Bravo brother
thank you for watching us, thank you for your comment
How did you turn a broken and throwaway drawer into a usable item? If the drawer was made of wood, it would be easier to restore it, but your work is wonderful, my friend.👍👍👍
It gives us energy to enjoy this renovation, thanks for watching.
I’ve watched this video and I think with what tools you have you did a good job ,improving your skills and knowledge will ultimately lead to very good jobs good luck.
Thank you for your energizing and beautiful comment. You are exactly right, we are trying to gain and share experiences with what we have and also to share our skills with those who are interested and have fun.
Bravo!!! Amazing!!
thank you...
Very nice. My only suggestion would be to put a nail on button foot on each corner. That would ease the strain on the corner blocks when someone slides it on the floor.
It is a good suggestion and I will certainly welcome it. Thank you for your cooperation and support.❤❤❤
I thought you had finished when you put the last drawer in and I was thinking the scrolling on the front would look nice finished in gold. Then POW ! out came the paint brush and gold paint. It seems we think alike sir which means I must be quality as well 😀Great work with a minimum of expensive equipment.
Hello my friend, thank you for accompanying me and giving me a good and heartwarming feeling, I know my work was not very interesting, but my first experience was on the channel, I am restoring a closet that I posted a photo of in the posts, thank you for your opinion
New to your channel, watching from Canada 🍁 🍁
Welcome to our channel
It’s a great job.
I'm glad that you watched the video of the restoration of the drawer, thank you for watching us, thank you for your comment
Nice job
Thanks!
Wow, definitely a trash to treasure makeover🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉It is so pretty❤❤
It is exactly the same and among the furniture of each of us, there are a lot of old or damaged furniture that can be restored in the best way and enjoy its beauty and functionality at home. Thank you for your support and energizing comment. ❤💓
Why haven't you taped the drawers before spraying?
Because you have to paint the sides of the drawers and the inner part of the drawer, as a result, you have to paint the drawers separately. Thank you for your comment. 💚
Eski boyayı soymak için her zaman ısı tabancası kullanırım ve daha sonra zımparalarım.Tavsiye ediyorum.Selamlar
By the way, your idea is also correct and you can use a heat gun, but it depends on the type of your covering layer. Thank you for sharing your technical opinion and skills with us.❤
Ficou maravilhosa.
Thank you my friend, I am glad to have friends like you...
Looks awesome!
Hello my friend, thank you for your comment, I will try to do better in the next videos
Wow , the old drawer was changed to a new, great job
We can restore many of our home or workshop items with the lowest cost and sometimes by using creativity, we can create a product that is naturally more beautiful than the first day.
Nesecita más toques
Yes, my friend, you are right, I did not do enough
Muy simple
Thank you my friend, sorry...
Gratulation!
How I liked the second part of your comment, this means history. Regarding the first part of your comment, yes, you can add felt, it depends on the individual's taste, but you have made a good suggestion that both my friends and I can benefit from.
Tornato in vita ❤
Yes, and your energetic comments bring fresh ideas to life...
👍🤗✔
stay connected
It's really admirable. I enjoyed it a lot. You do the best and highest quality work with little resources, thank you
Thank you my friend for watching the video and commenting...
Can you tell me the two types of putty you use?
You can use all-purpose putty or wood putty, and based on my personal experience, I choose the second one. And that this type of putty has features such as fast drying and high adhesion.
tnx for watching and leaving your comment.
Looks nice if it's for you, but with the overspray not something I'd buy.
It was just for restoration. Thanks for the comment
If you find practical board as a portion of the structure ( sides of that chest) in a piece of furniture. Immediately locate the nearest trash receptacle and deposit said piece of trash in mean furniture into receptacle.
Exactly, it is difficult to restore it, but it is possible, because not much work can be done on it, but if it is wood, it is worth the time.
Thanks for the comment...
you made something out of nothing. Great job, loved the gold accents, perhaps you could have put some of that on the drawer pulls.
Hi my friend, thank you, if I put the gold color on the handles of the drawers, it would look more beautiful, thank you for the comment.
Fantastic.should have been firewood but now……….!
It is exactly the same, but by spending some time and a little creativity and using skill and experience, you can turn old furniture into the best possible state.
Thank you for your support and companionship, dear friend💙💙
Может ручки покрасить тоже в золотой цвет?
It was good, it would be beautiful,
thank you for your comment...
Very disappointed that you did not clean and finish the inside. The outside looks good.
My friend, if you watched the video carefully, you would have noticed that we have separated all the parts and cleaned them separately and processed them.
I would just cut a new drawer front
Your job is correct.
Building is much easier than rebuilding.
Just cutting new drawer fronts?
Amazing! Love the white and original knobs.
Especially, it was possible to combine golden color with white and create a more beautiful design, but this design should be implemented according to the decor of the house. Thank you for your support❤
Might as well restore brand new IKEA furniture.
I am thinking of making new furniture and sharing its video on the channel, which is much cheaper than buying it. If you need repair, let me know if I can help you...
Drawers should have been cleaned, sanded, waxed and drawer liners
You are right my friend, it was laziness on my part...
Caro amico ...il restauro che hai eseguito non é dei migliori ...ma con un po' di pazienza ed esperienza potrai sempre migliorare
Yes, of course, you are right, thanks for the comment
The only tool the poor fella has is a corded drill driver and a compressor, sorry folks he’s not in the competition, and neither I would like to see his restoration again.
Thank you for your message and I hope we don't judge the truth or people blindly in life
You should have made the drawer pulls the same color as the decorative pieces. I really don't like the painted drawer pulls. Not that I'm in love with the color of the decorative pieces either.
I respect your taste, this drawer is made of chipboard, there is no choice but to paint or cover it. I agree with your opinion...
Why overspray the drawers?
The putty work was done in two stages, the first stage was done with lye and the second stage was sprayed with gray putty on the drawer, and then it was painted by two hands. Thank you for your attention and comment.❤
It's not the work he's doing nor the equipment he has. Work and equipment are fine. The problem is IT'S A PRACTICAL BOARD CHEST!
You are absolutely right
Thank you my friend, I have a project in hand, it has been taking too long, I will upload it soon.
Mais ou menos..não gostei da cor ,quando puxar a gaveta aparece tudo manchado sem pintar ..
Sorry, you are absolutely right.
We had some shortcomings in this video.
It also has its own reason
Thanks for the comment...
Serieus????
This old dresser/drawer was Restored and Modified
'How to remove a drawer' - How about pull it out?
If you learn, come to the next step...
It's pity that you didn't make clean the inside of the drawers 😅
Yes, you are absolutely right, I cleaned it later, but it was too late...
Thank you for your comment
It's made out of that cheap press board
Yes, and very poor quality, this drawer is from 40 years ago, thanks for the comment
sorry, no good. inside are the drawers not painted and you can see the plank outside the drawers are also not painted and there are holes you can see..
You are completely right
After finishing the work, I came to this conclusion and did it. I didn't add it to make the video longer. Thank you my friend for watching the video and commenting
Thank you! I had the same comment. I hate it when it looks like the flipper over-sprayed the sides of the drawers. It cheapens the other hard work. I saw another person tape the sides so it was at least a crisp line. It didn’t look bad. Also could you use a cute drawer liner paper when you have ugly inside drawer bottoms? On the two units I watched, both were so stained and old looking. I wouldn’t feel comfortable putting anything in there. Also paint makes your clothes smell funny so I suspect t that is why some use sticky paper liners instead.
Anyway, I have enjoyed your channel so far. Just subscribed. Thank you!!
Qué trabajo tan mal hecho.
Desaseo total.
I know, don't embarrass me more
After finishing the work, I came to this conclusion and did it. I didn't add it to make the video longer. Thank you my friend for watching the video and commenting
Un lavoro pasticciato , molto approssimativo , cos'è un mobiletto per qualche ospedale , li sono molto usati . Rra meglio se lo buttavi nel fuoco . 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
You're right, I'd better throw it in the fire. It was really hard, forgive us for our shortness, thank you for your comment
botch unfortunatly, sorry
Thank you for leaving a comment, it will be compensated in the next videos...
Thank you for leaving a comment, it will be compensated in the next videos...
that was cheap.
I wanted to turn a waste into a consumer product...
This has nothing to do with restoration. Simply filled and painted... Disappointing
Thank you for your criticism and comment
I understand what you are saying, but a total restoration would NOT have been worth it and he restored this to a stable & usable piece. That is NOT disappointing!
I think most of would have looked at this piece and said, it’s life is over, but you gave it a second life. Awesome.
You should have masked off the drawers and interior before painting.....the overspray makes it look crappy.
Yes, you are right, due to the failure of the sanding machine, it was my fault
@@CreativeIdeasMaker Use a scraper first, it's better for the environment and your wallet. And when scraping beforehand you aren't inclined to press down on your orbital sander hard enough to burn out it's motor. You would have been able to stain the wood and not smear it with paint.
@@TinaMdot You are absolutely right, I didn't have a scraper at that time, that was the cause of the engine burning, thank you for your guidance and attention.
