- quattro piedi (peti);
- una cassa, il vero contenitore, sostenuta dai piedi;
A Pereto

I had doubts with all that damage....but you made it beautiful; and it still looks authentic....excellent!!!!
True restoration. What a talent you have to bring these pieces of history back to life!
many thanks
That gadget you used to mix the oxalic acid looks like zip ties attached a dowel. I think it's a brilliant idea. Good one.👍👍👍
Yes exactly they are cable ties tied to a wooden dowel😅👌
Grazie grazie grazie, spiegare i passaggi cosicche'le oersone possano eventualmente capire ove utilizzare alcuni accorgimenti bellissimo lavoro e grazie x condivisione❤🎉

Very nice work. I have to say, you restorers must have the patience of saints!
😅👌🕵️
I’m amazed it didn’t disintegrate from all the woodworm. Great result!
😅😃👋
First of all I want to say that I love your work, I love watching old furniture being brought back to life. Second, I didn't know that you were ITALIAN till I heard you speak. I am 4th generation Italian - American, and I live in Memphis, Tennessee. I went to Italy back in 1980 for a month and loved every second of that time. My family is from the area around Alessandra in the Piedmont district. I have always wanted to go back for a visit but never had the opportunity. I hope that you keep up your great work and I will keep following you on UA-cam !!!🇺🇸🇮🇹🇺🇸🇮🇹🇺🇸🇮🇹🇺🇸🇮🇹🇺🇸🇮🇹
Thanks for sharing john🇮🇹🇺🇲🙋

I never would have believed it had I not seen it. So dry and wormy I thought firewood. Great job thank you 👏👏👏👌👌
😅 Thanks Susie🕵️🤝
This is an amazing restoration.
when you were rolling it in and I could see all the woodworm damage I was like... macchi telo fa fare. but when it was done I was wow. And that's why you make them and I watch 😁😁
This piece was quite punctured by the woodworm, but it could still be worked well with it. It took a lot of work, luckily I like doing it and I'm very passionate about it. Thanks for watching😅🤝cheers Dimitra
This type of restoration is my favorite type of project. Junk to treasure.

🤩ottimo lavoro, bravissimo👏
Grazie mille Monica, 😃
Remarkable.. but you using that glass that you cut to scrap with was awesome. I have never seen that done
It's a method that the old carpenter I worked with used. It saved on sandpaper😅👌 cheers
the wood worms truly enjoyed this piece ;)
In the past they must have feasted grandly. But today, in my opinion, there were no longer any live woodworms. The holes were empty and dry without dust.
That was a Lot of Woodworm Damage but Only one small spot of Rot which You quite Neatly patched up! I Really wasn't sure if You could do Anything to make it Better. Impressive! It Looks like It's been in a Place of Honor in Someone's Home for a Long time. Thank You.
☺️🫶
Beautiful job!
Thanks 🙋🎶🎶
WOW…Beautiful! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️❤️
Cheers
Really looks great!
😊👌✨✨
I wasn't convinced this was a good idea for a restoration. But it came looking beautiful. You managed to retain the beauty and the age of the piece. Great work.
😅It took a lot of time and a lot of love
WOW!!!! What a restoration! I have to know: what kind of wood putty did you use and what was the liquid used?
What I used is a stucco with fibers inside, it is a little more resistant than the plaster one, but it changes very little. I applied the stucco, waited a bit for it to dry and then wetted it with the water-based dye that I had left over from before and removed it with a rag.
@@IlMakerstauratore thank you.
La simplicidad trasformada en una obra maravillosa
Grazie Elena🧡✨✨
I always enjoy watching your channel. It was a wonderful restoration. But I'm worried about the bug holes.
Hi Giuseppe, thanks for watching the video. In my opinion there were no longer any woodworms in this box. The holes were all empty and without powder. Generally when there is a live woodworm eating the wood we notice it because the dust comes out of the holes, which would be the woodworm's poop😅. I haven't seen any of this here. However, heat treatment kills both large woodworms and those still in larva.
@@IlMakerstauratore Thank you for addressing my curious.
That is fantastic.
OMG! The worm holes! That wood must be tasty!! Great work as always! 🥇💯🥃
This beech wood was especially tasty for them.😅😀🤝
Nice camerawork 👍
Thanks freddy🕵️🤗

🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻 😂 Very nice job. Btw, I really liked the dresser you can see in the background at the beginning of the video. Will you be renovating it any time soon? Hugs from Spain 😘
Hi Nina. The chest of drawers is very beautiful, it should be my next video 😃👌 greetings from Sardinia
@@IlMakerstauratore 😍 Btw, I've been to Sardinia once - a very beautiful island 😍

Beau travail de restauration
Merci 😊
The old master who uses even glass plates as tools is a master.
Very nice rustic finish! Good job.👍
Cheers sam😊
So much work but what an amazing restoration!! It will certainly last another 100 years!!
Cheers 😊
WOW! I first thought it should've been used for fire wood. It looks so different.
It took a lot of love
Bravo!
Grazie mara, è quello che penso anch'io 👌🤝
Good job!❤
🙋✨🧡✨
wow ...I love it.
Cheers Barbara 😀
Very nice grain ark restoration, looks great.
Cheers Larry 🤝
Bravo, davvero.
Mi hai fatto troppo ridere 🤣.
Grazie Francesco 👌🎶🎶🎶
COMPLIMENTI, SEI BRAVISSIMO!! 👏👏👏👍👍AL PROSSIMO TUTORIAL!! 😄😃😀
Grazie Greca😃🌹☺️
We have an expression in English: you can’t turn a sow’s ear into a silk purse. But you just did. Absolutely gorgeous..
😂 I didn't know this saying. I know one more thing. Thank you
Hai fatto un bellissimo restauro! Bravo, bravo!
Molte grazie Michael 😀🤝
Beautiful enough to go into the house as furniture. Great job
😃 Thanks ☺️
Very NICE
Many thanks 🪁🪁
That wasn't just some worm damage, it was a major colony! I was surprised there was even enough wood left to work with. Nevertheless, it worked! Nicely done. You seem to have a major problem with wood worm over there. I have seen that much over here (America).
There were many woodworm holes. But the wood was still in good condition. In my opinion the woodworms had not been there for a long time, the holes were all empty and dry without dust. Here in Sardinia there is an ideal climate for woodworms 😅
@@IlMakerstauratore Thank you.
Stupendo ! 👍
grazie Leo
Love it! A very fine work. It is so refreshed! ❤

Excellent workmanship

Amazing work, what will you use it for?
I'll put it up for sale
Excellent!!!

Hi, very nice work! What was the liquid you used at around 29:53 in the video that seemed to dissolve the filler you used so it could get into the woodworm holes better? Thanks!
Hi thanks for watching. The liquid used is the water-based dye that I had left over. Even though I had given it a finish before grouting, I noticed that the filler left streaks of color on the wood. Then I dissolved the stucco with the brush and water to make the stucco colorant adhere even where there were no woodworm holes. If I hadn't done this I would have found a piece of furniture like a Dalmatian dog, and I would have had to re-sand everything
bravissimo!
😃 Grazie mille
Excellent!
Cheers Karen
bravissimo come.sempre!
ciao Mario ,grazie
