There are a lot of things that make a great guitarist, one of fhe moat important things is intonation when bending. Even in 2019, you didnt have any vibrato to speak of, but the intonation of your bends are spot on, and you use your ears rather than your hands, which even some professional guitarists cant do live very well.

I like to watch different guitarists to see how I can improve and the thing I noticed the most about how you play is that smooth left hand touch, feel and flow. Seeing how you do it, I've learnt not to try and smash all the way through the neck on every hammer on or break a string with every pick. So, I say this very rarely (especially in public) but you madam have inspired me to add a little finesse to my playing and not man handle the neck to the point of death, huge thanks from the UK 🤘

Can we talk about how good of a solo May wrote for this? An iconic part of a landmark song.
Not sure what you did or who taught you but the most noticeable change, specially in the picking hand IMO was from 19 to 20.
How long have you been playing? Im 50 year's old. Got 1 year under my belt. I am working on hotel California solo. It took about 10 hour's practice to learn the first 20 seconds, lol

Finding a guitar that was more comfortable for me to play definitely helped to inspire me to practice more!
