Thanks for the video. I just started my camping channel and I am always looking for great spots to camp at and film and you found a great spot! Nice work.
You beautifully captured Haven Creek, I have so many fond memories of that section. It breaks my heart that Haven burned up including the peninsula site.
Your videos are really excellent. Beautiful scenery. Such great fishing and nice campsites. It’s too bad about the fire but that’s just nature doing it’s thing.
I have had the same thing happen with a canister of bear spray 🐻The chuck fell out and it discharged all down the side of my body…it was horrible.😅On a Positive note Channel Marker is a delicious beer & your wardrobe is impressive!💃🍻
Its gross isn’t it?? Still better then spilling your favourite beer I guess! And yah, I know I bring a lot of clothes😅 some morning I wore almost all of them for the cold!
Love it Koen, love your chats with the camera and it sure is something when you're totally on your own in the wilderness. Longest I've done is a week. But in time that will change for sure,, just waiting to bank enough holiday time
Great series so far, what a place to spend 28 days. Out of curiosity was there really no mosquitos/black flies? They seem non-existent throughout the series
They were there, but not as bad as one would think! Lets just say that if I didn’t have a lot of my portages as timelapses with music, I would have had to edit out a lot of swearing and cursing😅
@@The-Dutch-Explorer Yah back in the bush they would come out I bet. Just asked because the other Wabakimi and woodland videos from other channels dont seem to have as many bugs as one would expect. Good thing of course, makes going to Woodland that much more attractive. Bugs can ruin a trip pretty quick lol
Nice trip and videos! Can you tell me the make of your big blue drybag? The harness looks very good. I've been looking for a good bag, but the harnesses all seem inadequate (e.g. the SealLine bags)...
Wat enorm indrukwekkend allemaal Koen...............💖💖💖
Dag Rob en Joyce! Mooi he? Het is verslavend mooi hier! Ik zou niet meer zonder kunnen!
Wow what a trip 4 weeks in the bush I envy you. What a beautiful trip and the fishing off the wall thanks for taking us along
You are very welcome Steven! Thanks for watching!
Man O Man. That cold brew must have gone down real smooth with supper! Well done young Lad. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks again Larry! And yes, that was a super nice surprise! And in the middle of The backcountry too!
And congrats on over a thousand. You're rocking it
Loving this series. What a trip and experience!

I know!! Very sad indeed. Glad I got to enjoy it 3 times now! I’ll likely still be back some day

I cant speak for Wabakimi yet! But Woodland isn’t too bad in my opinion. I’ve also been told before that I must somehow be immune to bugs.

It is a ‘MEC SLOGG DELUXE’ by MEC (Mountain Equipment Co-op)
@@The-Dutch-Explorer Thanks! Unfortunately no longer available... Take care of yours because the alternatives do not look nearly as good!
