You should do a video about what millennials or city slickers think tinder is... "no, after alot of confusion... when i talk about tinder, i dont mean the app"😂
Thank you both so much for sharing all of your outdoor experiences. Your channel is the best gem i have found on youtube in a long time. Im from northern BC and i was raised by my dad doing the same things you 2 do. Ive learned so much watching what you do and enjoy every second of your travels. Keep it up guys and keep showcasing our beautiful country!
There is a fur Post trading museum where I am from I'm Minnesota where they show how the fort operated and how the French traded with the natives. I think you would really enjoy it. They have a big museum explaining and showing how it worked, then they also have workers/volunteers acting and showing what they did and how they lived in the good old days.
It is the snake river fur Post even of you never do get to visit I knew they have some similar operations up north it is and awesome read! I even got to donate some old native artifacts, some stone tools grinding food up i found the tools In the farm rock pile when I was a kid and they even put them up for display in the museum.
They've got some places like that around here too. Been to a few of them, one was a huge fort out West, had loads of beaver pelts and got to try some of the foods they used to eat, really interesting stuff.
Awesome video Chris, I`m already looking forward to more. You couldn`t have asked for a better lunch, and it`s only beginning. Thank You for sharing your video, and bringing us along. ATB
I appreciate how much effort and time you spent on this video. Thanks for sharing another fantastic Catch and Cook trip with us. Always informative and interesting.
Awesome video once again! Thank you and Jeremy for the great videos and the time you take to make them and making them as educational and informative. I always enjoy the content you put out better than anything on modern T.V. keep up the great work!
Now that is the life! Live out in the bush and catch and cook your meals, spend your evenings by a good wood fire! I wish I could be there to enjoy it with you guys!
Oh I forgot to say that, that footage of the turtle was fantastic, really enjoyed watching it, I watched that part over and over for about five minutes or so, really COOL!!!! Scary looking turtle though, LoL 🦌🐺🦊
Love the Chanel, trapping n fishing. Not bringing food. Most Chanel seems like how to cook Chanel. They bought or should I say subscribers bought love it guys. Yes I would n will keep subscribing, because of that.
Thanks so much for plugging The Silver Moccasin. The traditional clothing is a great touch! Today the Metis sash is actually part of the Metis regalia that is worn at special events and ceremonies. For more info and to purchase visit www.silvermoccasin.com You guys are awesome and your videos are so educational! Keep it up!
You never fail to make a great video, and make time pass really well. Get Sucked in for a few hours a day just watching your catch n cooks, and man, im starving. lol Keep up the great work dude!
Awesome concept! And looks like it'd be a blast up there! The outfitting package seems super fair too, I might have to go up there next spring or summer. Looking forward to the rest of the vids. Cheers!
A lot of us (myself included) are spoiled by modern luxuries but when you stop and actually appreciate Mother Earth, it’s quite stunning. I love watching these videos of yours, very educational and entertaining. Definitely looking forward to a season 4, 5, 6, so on and so on lol. Keep it up! Great content :)
"We are traveling back in time", next scene is about buying a bunch of modern fishing equipment. Still gonna watch :P You look lit in that linen shirt.
Great video guys, Love lake trout fishing and eating them, they are amazing. Those snapping turtles were really cool as well to see the large ones coming up that close. nice work
Beautiful scenery, delicious looking meal there. I would have been curious to see your preparations for this trip. Cheers from Michigan guys! Love your videos
Hahaha! 'What should I add sir?'. 'One of everything in the store, let me get you guys a wheelbarrow'. Someone made a prehistoric friend! He made Bob's turtles look like cuddly pets. Sole gin for the win!
I love those “outfits” it’s not weird at all you guys don’t look like Canadian elves. All kidding aside I love this channel you sir are the real deal. When the zombie apocalypse happens I’m headed to Canada
@bali song depends where in Canada, bud. In the lower mainland of BC you could probably survive outdoors year round with minimal skill. As far as exposure goes, that is.
Love it man. Just moved from that area a little further south-east towards Wawa/Sault. Looking forward to checking out the rest of the videos in the series. Cheers!
My first 6 flights were all in DeHavland Beaver or Otter floatplanes in Manitoba. I love those big radial engines! I like how you make the comment that the plane is a ticket back to the future, and then you cut to the shot of the plane taking off from the lake....a very modern-feeling scene (to me anyway). But then it makes me think how if you remove the plane, what you are seeing is the same exact wilderness that the voyageurs saw a few hundred years ago......just as colorful, alive, and "present" as it appears to us today. The Canadian Shield canoe country is a very special place! I'm hoping that someday I'll be able to visit it again.
