- Here's how to paint a procreate watercolor children's book style character illustration in procreate. This is a great procreate tutorial for beginners and advanced painters alike.
Here are the brushes and stuff I used for this tutorial:

- Little pine/Evolve brush (in the Drawing tab/Procreate Brush Library)
-Fineliner Pen/Abstract Round/Sharp Round (Amazing watercolor for procreate kit, link below)
-St Petersburg paper texture (this is the cozy/grainy effect)
The watercolor brushes and the paper texture are products I sell on my etsy store to support the channel. These tools help you create organic looking watercolor-textures in Procreate.

Thank you so much! I really get the best results with my color laser printer. It seems like color and deep blacks are more important than resolution. Laser printers typically can only do 4 colors at 150dpi but that fine for art prints.
How long will the iPad work if you use it as a professional or semi-professional? Let's say 5-6 hours a day, 5-6 days a week?
the battery will go first. Probably within 3 years it will need to be swapped. everything else can easily last more than 6 years.
outside of the battery, a lot of ipads get ruined from being either bent or some weird software update from apple makes it glitchy
I just came across your beautiful work. I am sorry to ask a basic question..What kind of tablet are you using? I am an artist but not great with this new technology..
hi! im using an ipad with an application called ' Procreate'. The white pen i'm using is something you can purchase separately from Apple and it lets you draw and paint very naturally. it's constantly measuring the pressure and angle to make the brush strokes realistic

hello what screen protector are you using?
Hi! I use a very cheap tempered glass screen protector. It has a matte finish. The feeling when I draw is sort of crunchy, like paper, I really recommend it. It was about 10$ and it's not from any specific brand.
