Hi - I really like the relaxed style of your strength workouts. Thanks for sharing them. I can probably fit in three workouts a week - which three would you recommend, for good overall healthy running?
its hard to say as im not sure what level of a runner you are - the best is to mix in few workouts a week and if you know you have a weak area try and target that area more
Hi Vlad, great videos and really like the follow along style. Should I do these strength / balance workouts before or after a run or on a completely non running day. I'm a fairly new runner ... further I've done is 7 miles which prompted the knee pain and PT, lol.

Love your videos , I’ve been doing the strength videos for 7 months now in my build after a big big break and injury after, they have been very helpful i do them 3 or 4 times by week now every time after a run.Can you please upload more,?

Amazing video! Really good guidance, timing and explanation. Quick question, how many times a week is it recommended to do this workout?
I know I’m not Vlad, but I’d say you should do it 3-4 times per week if you currently have knee pain, but just as strength training/injury prevention you should be fine with twice a week. Also, if you didn’t know, you should do strength training on your harder days/workout days. Easy days easy, hard days hard!
try and mix few other ones but if you can 4-5 times a week that would really pay off with staying away from injury and running strong

I have been suffering from what I think is runner's knee for like a year. Trying this out and see if it helps!
make sure you mix it in with foam rolling the gluts and do this workout every 2 days
How often would you recommend to do this? I run 5k three times per week and have been experiencing knee pain.

i would do more glute strength to make sure the glutes are strong and dont pull on the ITB

Just don't lift as high and try and do this workout 2-3 times a week and it will get much easier soon
