the fly buzzing around the microphone camera, and I thought my Macbook speaker is playing with me XD! Thanks Vlad! awesome video..I might create a video follow along with you soon.
Hi, i was looking for a core/legs strengthening drills to complement my trail running. I like what you show in this video and i am planning to implement that into my training plan. I am currently doing 80-100 km/ week with Monday, Tuesday,Thursday Friday - easy days. Wednesday - hard day(tempo/intervals) . Saturday/Sunday - longer days with more D+. When would be more useful to implement these drills? I was thinking twice in the week, maybe Tuesday/Thursday?
I would aim to do them on your easy days - but maybe look to do a 15min workout every easy training day as you are running a lot and need to make sure the body is strong for that volume
Please can you tell me if I doing only these exercises 2 times a week is it enough for strength my legs ? It’s about 1 month started trail running 3 times per week
Smash that like button to get your index finger stronger as well!

Vlad, what you suggest: Strenght and Stability & Mobility Workout once a week?
Thanks very much!
I usually do one workout a day about 15min a day - if you can try and do 3-4 sessions a week aiming for one hard, one easy session
Thanks for this ❤❤❤
