FixItPhillip Hi. I have a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500.I've had a problem like this for a while. I've had the fuel pump and bypass line replaced. No one can seem to tell me what it is. I've had the ignition switch replaced as well.ua-cam.com/video/fCIEqJRX8hE/v-deo.html
sorry to be off topic but does someone know a tool to log back into an Instagram account..? I somehow lost my login password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me!
@Mohammed Wilder I really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and I'm in the hacking process atm. Seems to take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Dude! Holy Sh!t... Bang on the gas tank... freakin genius life saving advice - no one i know has ever heard of...Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!. Fix it Phillip Indeed.
Great video! I was stuck away from home, and I spent a couple of hours trying to get my truck started. I came across your video, and after I pounded on the tank, it fired right up. I am going to attempt replacing my fuel pump.
Thank you you save my life! My truck was doing the same and I hit the fuel pump and it started and I was able to take it to my mechanic , God bless you!
I have a 2005-Ram 1500. I'm about to do the exact same thing because I followed through with all of your checks and discovered that it did start for a few seconds after I banged on the bottom of the tank so it is indeed the fuel pump and I'm about to change it myself!! $120 well spent! Thank you with this information because I would not know what to do otherwise. Steven P Williams Gold Bar Washington
So a big thank you for the bang on the fuel tank tip! When it's -12c (10f for the Americans) outside getting the truck in the shop is a must. Went from not starting to being able to back it into the warm shop to get the tank out and pump swapped. My fuel line from the pump didn't want to unhook easily, so I just cut the old pump connection off and removed the piece from the line afterwards. Much simpler than fighting with a seized connector. Thanks again for the great video!
Awesome video! I was having the hardest time diagnosing my crank-no start issue and this video solved it for me. I banged on the bottom of my fuel tank while my wife turned the key to "on" and I could finally hear the fuel pump trying to work. Replaced the fuel pump and the issue is fixed. Thank you!!
I figured this out on my own, but its nice to see someone have the exact same problem. This way i know im not guessing. My only suggestion taking the bed (for me) off was easier.
Just found this vid. Thanks so much for posting. 08, 1500 5.7, I thought the TIPM was not working but did some testing of the fuel pump circuit and found it to be a bad pump. Your vid saved me a TON of money and kept me from replacing a very expensive part that turned out to still be good. Keep up the good work.
Make sure you blow all the crap off before pulling the old pump. Once the locking ring is off you see in his video that the fuel pump is still seated down, so take advantage of that and clean everything you can do you lessen the chance of dropping garbage in to your fuel pump.
Great video! The bang on the gas tank trick helped me diagnose it right away. Before doing anything else, I hit it a couple of times like the video and it started right up! I had to unbolt the bed and block it up a foot high in order to get enough access room to remove the fuel lines and electrical connection. Then still couldn't get the locking collar off until I dropped the tank completely down and pulled it out to get to wail on it with a hammer. Took me the better part of the weekend, but succeeded. $75 total cost instead of $1000 I've paid to have it done to a couple of other vehicles in the past. Thanks for your help!
thank you my friend, now I know it's my fuel pump on my 2004 Durango, I'm gonna create my own access point underneath the back seats seeing that the manufacturer forgot to do it, and being I don't trust part makers much these days, if I ever have to do it again, I'll have a spare on hand and easy access, I'm thinking I'll record doing it, I'm gonna try and do it nice and clean, thanks again.
Just wanted to thank you so much for this video! I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 and everything looks identical to yours. Did the diagnosis steps you mentioned and when the truck sort of started and sputtered a bit after hitting the bottom of gas tank, we knew it was the fuel pump. Bought a used transmission jack off craigslist to use for this and we went through the whole process occasionally referencing your video again at times. End result, truck runs great again now and you saved us a TON of money. Thank you so much! You're a great mechanic!
Thank you for the educational video it was very detailed starting from point A to point B. I like that you showed us where to locate the parts we are going to be working with and the names of the parts like a lock ring, fuel pump, etc. I went ahead and subscribed. Thank you!!
@FixItPhillip Thank you!! Here's the background story of why I'm very thankful. Two weeks ago, I had a fuel pump installed by a mechanic. Earlier in the morning today, the truck started squirting amounts of gas (I had a full fuel tank, and now I have half). Since I have to go to work the next day, I needed to get this fixed. The only problem was that I didn't know what I was facing until I searched UA-cam and found your video explaining details on how to replace a fuel pump. I was able to learn how it was connected. When I went to check the truck. The hose that attaches to the fuel pump was disconnected. We went ahead and connected the fuel hose until it made a click, and it was firm now. I followed your instructions on not starting the truck right away but put it on ignition a few times, and then I started the truck and drove it around the block. There's no gas leakage, but to be on the safe side, I'm going to have another mechanic take a look at it and make sure I can it drive it long distance.
My 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 same issue, crank no start, no check engine light or codes stored. I did exactly what you suggested in video...checked fuel pump fuse, fuel pump relay and then rubber mallet to the fuel tank a few times. Badda Bing Phillip, your awesome! I started the truck right up! Thank you so much...
Great video! I knew my fuel pump was bad on my 03 Ram, but your how-to video was definitely the best I've seen. Changed mine out yesterday and took maybe an hour and referred to your video. I dropped my whole tank just to make changing it easier. My truck has over 300,000 miles on it and this is the first fuel pump I've had to change. Lol
@@FixItPhillip I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7. I’ve replaced the battery, alternator, starter, all fuses related to the fuel pump, replaced the ignition switch relay, ignition switch and ignition lock cylinder. Only thing I can think of is it’s the fuel tank I’m having issues with or electrical. Turn the key the accessories come on but the battery needle and the fuel don’t come on at all. But if I take the battery cable off for atleast a few hours the fuel and battery needle come on but if your parked on a incline the truck shuts off
Fuel pump just went on my 08' 5.7, great video Phil! Clear, simple, good video quality and big respect for bare handing it all. I subscribed and liked the vid, good stuff man and much appreciated. Side note, no disrespect to wrench turners that wear gloves. I usually wear them myself but when my dad (RIP) use to wrench on his truck in the driveway I never saw gloves, lol. Thanks again for the video.
I thought he saved my life. The truck started running but it was only for a minute. But it was enough for me to pay $239 for a towing. He is right, this is how you diagnose and solve but it might not give you enough time to drive. It was my first signal for the issue. If you have a problem with your fuel pump, just replace it before you drive
Thank You So So Much for this video....... I have searched numerous videos on UA-cam and Google to trouble shoot the issue with my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 with no luck. I ran across your video and followed your directions on tracking down the issue. I never though about spraying starter fluid into the carburetor to see if it cranked. Once I did that it cranked for a second, I took a rubber mallet and bumped the gas tank, it cranked right up. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Fix It Phillip. I have subscribed to your UA-cam channel now and following you...............
By the help of God and then your video i was able to start the truck. I believe the issue with mine was i had left it empty on gas and when i added gas it got some air inn so the pump couldn’t pump enough gas to start the engine. I bled the air out and hit the tank just like you did and it started up. Thanks man
Great vid.. Had my truck shut down instantly. My first thought was, ah man it's gotta be my timing belt. But then again, diag with brake cleaner, Walla, diag showed me that it has to be the fuel pump. Unfortunately, gotta do the job without a lift. But got the general idea. Thank you much.
The solution can be the plugin that takes the power from the battery to the fuel pump. Just wiggle the cables around so that the plug clicks and it will start right away. Do no change fuel pump before trying this. I just got mine fixed by doing that. Mine would crank but it would not start. When the fuel pump dies, the truck will shut down even if running. Let me know if this helps and I can be more detailed
Only issue is if your pump has been drawing amperage because of high resistance it can go out sooner than expected just replace it and clean up the wiring
I banged on my pump it started for a min then died again I Tried banging on it again and it wouldn’t start at all thanks for the tips looks like I’m changing a pump today
Thank you. I started the channel in the middle of January and its been a learning curve to record while i work lol. But i enjoy posting these videos and im here to stay! Thank you for the comment and the encouragement
I just had my 04 Ram towed home..it would start for only a few seconds then die...Hope this great info works for me as I attempt to fix it this weekend..!!
Fuel pump bad..truck would run a bit on starting fluid then quit...ordered one from Amazon at a 1/3 cost of local autoparts stores..plan to tackle it this weekend
Thanks for your videos I have the same problem in a ram 1500 2003 you think it may be the gas pump and I changed the crank sensor and it still continues with the same problem
Unfortunately I came across this video after I was finished troubleshooting the truck not starting...(1999 Dodge Dakota; 5.2L)... I probably watched 10 to 15 videos while trying to figure out what was wrong and none of them were as good as this one... After I realized that I was not hearing the fuel pump, when I turned the key, I went through all my the steps to find out why...I didn't have much for tools (of course it happened away from home), all I had was a multi-meter... Anyway, every once in a while, when I'd turn the key, I would hear the pump...I traced the failure to the tank...I dropped the tank; not easy with two bottle jacks, a small piece of plywood, and, of course, half a tank of gas... After I got the pump out I was checking the connectors inside the tank and found that the top connector looked a bit gummed up...on one of the videos I had watched the guy said that the little pin connectors could get fouled and lose contact...so I cleaned the connector best I could, crawled under the truck and plugged the pump back in...crawled back out, and turned the key; I heard the pump start up, so I figured I'd found the problem...I tested the pump a couple more times and it continued to work, so I put it back in the tank and slid the tank back under the truck (I'm glad I had a handyman jack to lift the driver side up enough to slide the tank out from under and then back under the truck...and I did empty the tank when I got it out)...I positioned the tank so I could reconnect everything, and before mounting the tank, I turned the key to make sure the pump was still running...I pushed the tank back up into place, put the straps on and put the nuts on just enough to hold the straps in place...again, I turned the key to make sure the pump was still running...I heard the whirr of the pump so I crawled under the truck and tightened the nuts...crawled back out and poured five gallons of fuel into the tank, tried to start the truck, and nothing, no whirring from the fuel pump...still convinced it was a wiring problem, I crawled back under and started tapping on the connector on the top of the tank with my baby crescent...nothing...frustrated, I pounded my fist on the bottom of the tank and, you guessed it, the pump began to whirr...I crawled out from under the truck, turned the key to engage the starter, and it fired right up... I left it running while I gathered up the tools; before I could get everything put away the engine started to sputter and cough...I jumped in the truck and pushed down on the pedal; the engine back-fired a couple times so I took my foot off...I jumped under the truck and pounded on the tank again and right away the engine started purring... I headed towards home praying that I would make it the 30 miles or so...the engine would run fine for a bit but then lose power, spitting and sputtering...after stopping a few times to jump out and pound on the bottom of the tank I decided I'd try rocking the truck...I turned the steering wheel, sharply, back and forth a few times...the engine straightened up, and regained power, and I didn't have any trouble with it after that... I wasn't sure what I was going to do, until after I watched your video; I am ordering a new fuel pump.. Great video, wish I'd seen it first, it would have saved me a lot of trouble and time...would have saved my hands too; all those heat shields under there have some pretty sharp edges...all I had to take the straps off with was a 15 mm box wrench...
@@FixItPhillip quick update: changed the fuel pump basically step by step as in your video. Except my tank had like a screw on lock ring for the pump which was hard to no cross thread, other than that. Easy. Thanks for your video man!
After replacing the fuel pump I can feel the difference in the pedal, not sure if that’s related or not. But I still have the non start issue. I noticed while changing out the pump that there was a kink in the fuel line next to the connector, perhaps that is the problem. However when I looked at the fuse box there is a battery draw which comes from slot M7 and goes to slot M25 for the fuel dsl lift pump. Not sure why or if that is a problem.
The module next to the fuel pump assembly, what exactly is that with 3 different lines going into it and could this be a potential problem for the truck not turning over
Great detail on the video My 2000 dodge 1500 stalls out on the road and when I try to restart my gauges don't come up then all sudden the gauges come up and the truck starts and then does it again shortly after any tips on what it might be thank you in advance
Can't say for sure but it sounds like it could be an electrical issue, check grounds, connections ect.. I've also seen at times a intermittently faulty crank position sensor do weird things like that. Any codes? Please be sure to subscribe! Good luck with your vehicle
When blowing the top of the tank off use caution. You see several dozen divots in the top of the fuel pump that also fill up with dirt/gravel. I blew mine off and as I was pulling the air nozzle back across the top I recovered the fuel pump with all the crap from down in these divots. So, if you blow the top off blow these out first so you don’t have to redo what you have already done. Also, the contents of these divots blow UP, not away, so I got tons of this stuff in my hair. I learned to wear a hat, or ripper cap, when doing this.
Nice video sir,I have a problem with a dodge durango 2007 4.7 I was trying to help a friend cause the a/c compressor don't engage so I moved a clutch relay from one place to another and now the truck dont crank at all,now I don't know what to do, a new subscriber here.
Thank you so much for answer my cuestion may be you right I mixed all tge freaking relays, but seven of them are identical same number same size same color same brand same everything and the amount of pins at the buttom 5 I think 🤔 I don't know how I can fix that mistake lol, I'm in trouble 😅
Thats a power probe 2. It can check for power or ground. It also can send a power or ground signal with a switch on the tool. Theres also a power probe 3 that does lots more functions such as testing injector pulse ect... Thanks for the question. Be sure to Subscribe please! And good luck with your vehicle!
I have the same problem, I can hear the fuel pump kick on and it was replaced and upgraded last year, it also has new spark plugs, wires, distributor, cap, etc, it also has a new ecu, and altenator. All new fuses, new battery. The truck cranks but won't start still. Any ideas?
Today i was driving my ram and suddenly i got error message that service trailer brake system and the power loses and got stopped. I tried to it but its only cranking but not starting.I have no idea if the trailer brake system is something which has cause for not starting problem? Hope you have an idea and appreciate if you can help me out with this.
This right here is a savor I just did the exact thing on a 2010 dodge ram truck and after hitting on the fuel pump it cranked right up, but wouldn't start earlier before I had watch this
I have a 2011 Ram and was having the same problem. I took it to a local shop and he said it was the battery. I knew that wasn't it since it was trying to turn over but wasn't dragging.
I have a 2005 Dodge magnum RT I just changed the fuel sender & fuel pump and it turns but will not crank I give it gas and it cranks and start but once I let go of the gas the engine shakes and dies any ideas? It happened after I filled my car up with fuel
Real quick test if you have a scanner but for the home mechanic have a friend turn the key so you can listen for the pump underneath. I can actually hear mine though from the cab
Hey my 2012 ram 1500 lost power while driving. My first thought was fuel pump, it was able to start a couple minutes later. But since hasn’t been able to start up again. When I turn the key I hear the pump turn on but still won’t start. I bought a fuel pump relay bypass from amazon I read about but still won’t start. (Heard those years has a bad problem with tipm going out) Pump turns on when I test it. Cranks and turns over just like yours did in the video. Any ideas?
@FixItPhillip what specific *OBD2 Diagnostic Smart Tablet* are you using at 02:16? Looking into getting the Innova Tablet 7111, but want to see other options before pulling trigger on investment.
PHILLIP... I have change the pump on my 2007 dodge ram 3500 5.7 hemmi but now it seems like it doesn't have enough fuel when I push it on the freeway it goes strong and the hesitates I purchase a fuel pressure gage and it goes up 20 PSI is that the right PSI ??? thanks
Hello, i know this was a old video, but you seem pretty sharp on stuff. I have a 05 ram 1500 w/ 5.7. Hemi that cranks but wont start. Has new plugs, coils, wires, crankshaft sensor, cam sensor, new fuel pump, maf sensor and plenty of spark, 57 psi in fuel rail. Just wont start. Only thing not replaced is pcm and throttle body. Have any ideas?
Well there's 57 psi in fuel rail, I'm assuming injectors are working, but does throttle body assembly run the injectors?? Maybe I need new throttle body unit
2004 Ram 1500 5.7... Runs good for a few days, then starts developing a skip at idle and sometimes under load. If I pull the ECM fuse and then try to start the truck, it does the 2 dings and resets the ECM. Put the fuse back in and it will run really well for a few days again. All routine maint has been done including all 16 plugs. I am thinking the ECM is going bad. Thoughts?
I replaced my fuel pump about an year ago on my 08 1500. Same thing as your video is happening to my truck. Crank but won’t start. I was fixing around some wires the other day. Can this be a electric issue or is it just the fuel pump bad again?
Thanks for the video! 👍 You’re a great mechanic. All the best success in your business and your channel.
Thank you very much! Be sure to Subscribe. And happy Easter!

Does the fuel pump have a fuel filter on it or is there a filter in the actual tank. I’ve tried all the research trying to find that answer
Some older models have a external in line filter. This one did not. Only the sock filter on the fuel pump itself

Only issue is if your pump has been drawing amperage because of high resistance it can go out sooner than expected just replace it and clean up the wiring
Where’s the connector
Thanks man I've changed fuel pump fuse and selinoid and still nothing I'ma try that man appreciate you
Where is located pls y'all I need got work in the morning
You sure made that looks easy. Great job!

You have a great channel. I have watched several of your videos now. Give it time and don't give up. You will get up there in subscribers.

I just had my 04 Ram towed home..it would start for only a few seconds then die...Hope this great info works for me as I attempt to fix it this weekend..!!
Was that the issue?? About to try mine
Fuel pump bad..truck would run a bit on starting fluid then quit...ordered one from Amazon at a 1/3 cost of local autoparts stores..plan to tackle it this weekend
Thanks for the advice ❤. Got my friend’s truck running… it had been sitting for a bit.
Thank you so much for your knowledge and sharing , what happen when you replace 4 times the fuel pump same truck, please .
Excellent video for testing for fuel pump failure and replacement.
Nice, simple, to the point, well done brother :)
Thanks for the video! Simple and easy to follow= Helped me in diagnosing my bad fuel pump
Very well done - BRAVO!!! Better than any textbook!!👍😇👍
Thanks for this video you helped me!! May GOD continue blessing you 🙏
Thank you. God bless you too
great video, one question how far did drop down the tank so you didn't have to reconnect the rest of the stuff? thanks.
Yea smacking the gas tank actually let me get to work. Thanks man
Edit: Nevermind she died again lol
Nice work, beautiful video 🙌🏼 keep it up
Thank u brotha! Much appreciated, be sure to Subscribe plz
Thanks man . I climb underneath an punch 👊 that tank twice . An turned right over. ✅
Great step by step video, thank you!
Awesome idea man didn't know I could do it without taking box off lol which is what I ended up doing but bow I know
I did exactly what he did and bang on it in the pinch and it worked like a charm!!
Nice
Best video so far; very helpful!
Thanks your video got my truck running !
Dang dude, i was legit stranded, the banging on the tank to wake up the pump helped, looks like im changing a fuel pump
Good job brotha
@@FixItPhillip quick update: changed the fuel pump basically step by step as in your video. Except my tank had like a screw on lock ring for the pump which was hard to no cross thread, other than that. Easy. Thanks for your video man!
Your welcome. Good job!
Great video and explanation on how to fix.
Have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 changed the fuel pump, battery, starter, starter relay, ASR and still won't stay running ?
I just smacked my dads fuel tank and now it works. Absolutely great.😂
Haha nice
Thank you very much buddy you got me home for the top cap on the gas tank you're the man buddy thank you so much
Your welcome!
Fixed my truck because of the video thank.
Good job
After replacing the fuel pump I can feel the difference in the pedal, not sure if that’s related or not. But I still have the non start issue. I noticed while changing out the pump that there was a kink in the fuel line next to the connector, perhaps that is the problem. However when I looked at the fuse box there is a battery draw which comes from slot M7 and goes to slot M25 for the fuel dsl lift pump. Not sure why or if that is a problem.
I think my fuel pump is gone. Going to try banging the tank to see if I can get one start, thank you!
The module next to the fuel pump assembly, what exactly is that with 3 different lines going into it and could this be a potential problem for the truck not turning over
Great detail on the video
My 2000 dodge 1500 stalls out on the road and when I try to restart my gauges don't come up then all sudden the gauges come up and the truck starts and then does it again shortly after any tips on what it might be thank you in advance
Can't say for sure but it sounds like it could be an electrical issue, check grounds, connections ect.. I've also seen at times a intermittently faulty crank position sensor do weird things like that. Any codes? Please be sure to subscribe! Good luck with your vehicle
Faulty ignition switch.
I actually fixed it turns out it was the computer I purchase a rebuilt one lifetime warranty 250 bucks off Amazon the company program it as well
Thank you for this awesome video, saved me some money.

Fuel Pump: WHO DARES DISTURB MY SLUMBER.....
Skeleton in The Last Unicorn,,, but... I Remember!!! :D
Great video my friend! Thanks for posting.
Maybe you swapped the ac compressor relay with a engine control relay
Thank you so much for answer my cuestion may be you right I mixed all tge freaking relays, but seven of them are identical same number same size same color same brand same everything and the amount of pins at the buttom 5 I think 🤔 I don't know how I can fix that mistake lol, I'm in trouble 😅
Good work and solid video! 👌
What’s that tool called the one you test the fuses with?
Thats a power probe 2. It can check for power or ground. It also can send a power or ground signal with a switch on the tool. Theres also a power probe 3 that does lots more functions such as testing injector pulse ect...
Thanks for the question. Be sure to Subscribe please! And good luck with your vehicle!
FixItPhillip thanks for the quick reply man very helpful !thats one sweet tool
@@rolandomotadelcampo7168 your welcome brotha! Happy to help
What if I’m getting fuel but no spark?
I have the same problem, I can hear the fuel pump kick on and it was replaced and upgraded last year, it also has new spark plugs, wires, distributor, cap, etc, it also has a new ecu, and altenator. All new fuses, new battery. The truck cranks but won't start still. Any ideas?
Did you figure out what it was?
did you test the crankshaft sensor?
Today i was driving my ram and suddenly i got error message that service trailer brake system and the power loses and got stopped.
I tried to it but its only cranking but not starting.I have no idea if the trailer brake system is something which has cause for not starting problem?
Hope you have an idea and appreciate if you can help me out with this.
This right here is a savor I just did the exact thing on a 2010 dodge ram truck and after hitting on the fuel pump it cranked right up, but wouldn't start earlier before I had watch this
Im happy the video helped! Plz be sure to Subscribe, much appreciated!
I definitely subscribed
I have a 2011 Ram and was having the same problem. I took it to a local shop and he said it was the battery. I knew that wasn't it since it was trying to turn over but wasn't dragging.
@7:34 I went to put my safety glasses down hahahaha
I have a 2005 Dodge magnum RT I just changed the fuel sender & fuel pump and it turns but will not crank I give it gas and it cranks and start but once I let go of the gas the engine shakes and dies any ideas? It happened after I filled my car up with fuel
Evap leak check your vacuum hoses...
what about a fuel pump that's leaking fuel like On my 2006 dodge ram 1500 where the plastic dry rots and cracks got a video on how to fix that mess?
Real quick test if you have a scanner but for the home mechanic have a friend turn the key so you can listen for the pump underneath. I can actually hear mine though from the cab
Most Excellent video. Thanks
excellent video and very helpful. Where can I buy a fuel pump for a (2004 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 5.7L Hemi V8. 4x2?)
Napa, OReilly, rock auto, they should all have it. Or oem online or at the dealer
what kind fuel pump brand do you usually used on rams 1500?
Great video man!! Super helpful tips and tricks.
Any ideas?
Does it start if you spray starting fluid in the intake? You can email me af fixitphillip88@gmail.com
I have this problem with my 08 1500 bighorn did you ever figure out the problem
Great video
Thanks excellent video and explanation on how to fix the problem, blessings & Happy Holidays to you & yours, take care. from Joey
@FixItPhillip what specific *OBD2 Diagnostic Smart Tablet* are you using at 02:16?
Looking into getting the Innova Tablet 7111, but want to see other options before pulling trigger on investment.
Autel ms906ts. I would highly recommend that you get a bidirectional scan tool. Not a scanner that just reads faults
Which scanner did you use ?
Autel ms906bt
@@FixItPhillip Thanks.
PHILLIP... I have change the pump on my 2007 dodge ram 3500 5.7 hemmi but now it seems like it doesn't have enough fuel when I push it on the freeway it goes strong and the hesitates
I purchase a fuel pressure gage and it goes up 20 PSI is that the right PSI ??? thanks
That fuel pressure is too low.
Do you have fuel injector pulse when cranking?
Email me your contact info at fixitphillip88@gmail.com
Ok I'll send info
Well there's 57 psi in fuel rail, I'm assuming injectors are working, but does throttle body assembly run the injectors?? Maybe I need new throttle body unit
Helped me today thanks!!!
Thoughts?
You should get it diagnosed before you condemn the ecm.
I replaced my fuel pump about an year ago on my 08 1500. Same thing as your video is happening to my truck. Crank but won’t start. I was fixing around some wires the other day. Can this be a electric issue or is it just the fuel pump bad again?
If the fuel pump doesn’t come make a sound is there anything you can do to start it
