steven100k honestly I have no idea how they’re gonna do that. Also how was the ending for the first part? I didn’t get there yet, so no spoilers plz. I keep hearing some people say it strayed from the original but is that true?
Mr Crazy786 it’s hard to talk about the ending without spoiling anything, but basically the ending gave me the impression that all bets are off and anything is possible in part 2, and that it may or may not play out the way you think it will
@@mrcrazy7865 without giving any spoilers, the whole shinra tower chapter is pretty much the same but near the end after the rufus fight it goes slightly off from the original, you have the motorcycle boss fight which is epic btw, but once your about to step into the wide world, you have these mega boss fights, At the moment im not so sure what the endings about, but i think its about time paradox/alternate realities, two different timelines, you'll see for yourself, but im guessing in part 2 theres gonna be new twists, aerith might not die, im not 100% sure.

I had the best fun playing as tifa!! Such a stylish attack style, and so satisfying watching her run circles around her enemies. I would have to say she is my favourite character in all recent games I've played. She would knock clunky old geralt of Riviera over in two seconds flat!! 😂Can't wait for the next games and I love that there is new twists and content. It keeps the story fresh, especially given we are all playing through a story we all know back to front!! I love I get to spend time with all the characters again, and get to make new discoveries. I hope the future games are gonna be open world now they have left midgar. And I think the difficulty settings need to be reworked. Normal is way too easy now boxes give you unending amounts of potions. It really stuffed up the flow of the game. No need to even buy anything hardly to keep the party alive. It really diminished some of the strategy of the game. And hard mode with no items seems odd. They should have just halved the effects of items, and doubled the damage from enemies, and only got items when you found a treasure chest. It's a shame, cos in the original you had to manage your HP, potions, currency, tents and MP effectively, in order to pass through hard new areas. All the strategy got nerfed!! Despite all my comments, I love the game, I love being back in that world, such a big part of my teenage life, and still to this day has influenced my view on how we should treat the planet and its resources. Gagging for the next one. And playing the rest of the characters!!
@@bdpchamp We are a lot closer to the limit of silcon chips now than we were in 1997. 3:58 I don't remember this enemy at all from the original, although I don't think I ever got into a random battle on the beach either. Thought it was a new character added for Remake but cool to see they sourced it out of the original as well
In FF7R part 2, I hope that Red will get Earth Rave as his 2nd-level Limit Break at Fort Condor and Cosmo Memory as a 3rd-level Limit Break after the Seto quest in Cosmo Canyon; Barret to get Satellite Beam as his 3rd-level Limit Break once you've done North Corel (I know it was weaker than Catastrophe in FFVII, but it always seemed like it should've been the more powerful attack to me); Aerith to get Pulse of Life at Gongaga; Tifa to get Metor Strike once you've completed Nibelheim and Cloud to get Finishing Touch, uh... at the Gold Saucer maybe? Will also be interesting to see how they'll do with Yuffie's, Cait's and Vincent's Limit Breaks. I mean, Yuffie will probably be straight-forward enough, but Cait? _Nothing_ about that cat was straight-forward, and I _really_ hope they'll be able to keep his fighting style interesting _without being frustrating_ in the Remake. And Vincent? Kinda suspect he'll be an outright Limit Break-focused character, one who has an easier time gaining power to his Limit Breaks than others... Question is if his Limit Break forms will be controllable this time, or if he'll function more like a Summon, or if he'll be _completely_ uncontrollable again? A quality-of-life improvement in future parts could also be to make lower level Limit Breaks available after a higher level Limit has been unlocked and equipped and just have the lower level ones consume less of the Limit gauge than the higher level ones. Like, have the 1st-level Limit Breaks consume 100 "Limit points" (same as the Refocus Materia), 2nd-level Limits consume 150 "points" and 3rd level Limits consume 200 "points"... or something like that?

In the remake you have to go the Coliseum in chapters 9 and 14 and when you win all battles all characters will have their second limit breaks. As for the original it was based on a number of factors. Some limit breaks you had to use so many times to level up to the next one, and some you needed to kill so many enemies overtime
While they look nice, the seeming difference in how Tifa's are done in the remake just doesn't feel quite right, what with apparently not being in sequence like before Unless they work differently outside of whatever Training Mode they're in But that may just be me being hard to please
I mean unless they slowed down everyone while you enter a sequence do you really want that transferring over with real time combat? Cause then it would be a rather unreliable limit.
Yeah I was hoping hers would fit the combo during the slow motion menu sequence, could have been done. Barret getting his final limit as his 2nd is somewhat odd for me and earning the limits seems a little off as well. The game is fantastic though, beautiful, really decent gameplay, very engaging but I would have preferred how some limits worked originally and make the final ones have to be obtainable, which could have worked better. Again though, game is beautiful, so these are minor compared!
