I can speak from experience. Risk ruining the friendship with the opposite gender if you have feelings for them. The alternative is worse. If there is a true foundation for friendship, God can put it back together. Opposite gender friendships are at risk of eventually ending anyway unless both just stay single for their entire lives.

This happened to me in college, this guy and I graduated high school together and found out later we were accepted to attend the same university. I remember this girl on campus really liked him and they started kickin it for a while. She knew we were from the same city so would ask me about him all the time. Apparently she also noticed something I never paid attention to while in his company with our other friends. She said, he doesn’t treat me like he treats you. Long story short two semesters later he shared his feelings with me. I was shocked because in my mind he was the guy from home. Like clearly if he liked me this would have been revealed in high school. All these ladies on campus why me. I liked him also but never thought we had anything in common more than friendship. We did date for about 8 months but realized mutually it wasn’t meant to be. But overall he did treat me differently from other ladies, I was highly respected. We wasn't intimate but connected on other levels.
I don't think I could be with a man who couldn't take the lead in this regard. How is he going to be a man in the relationship if he can't get the woman he wants.? Can't marry that.

I honestly don’t like many online relationship coaches but I genuinely like you. Your energy is very calm and welcoming!
The he treats you different than others can also be misleading when he lets stuff slide with other women but with you he feels it is more important to talk it out and address certain things. It can seem bad but it really make sense he doesn’t care about the women that are temporary. This happened with my friend and I felt some type of way until he said it straight out, “I don’t care about them and I don’t know how long they will be in my life, you will be in my life forever so it makes a difference.” That one revelation made our communication flow so much better once I stopped comparing, I accepted he didn’t compare because there was none for him. This is so spot on.
I feel like this could be true to a certain point, with men who are serious in character but to all other men he probably doesn't really like the girl enough ❤

She can say something too, courting can be mutual and gradual.

My frustration is I don’t know why they freaking do that. You harbour feelings for someone else and then proceed to marry someone else that’s crazy. Really crazy. Why not sort your feelings for this other person first you haven’t even told them how you feel. They are your best friend so they are always there you see them everyday heck they might even be there on your wedding day and then you have some sort of feelings for them but rather than sort out your feelings for them, try and explore and reach a resolve, you go ahead and marry someone isn’t that stupid?! No wonder there’s so much divorce because it’ll be hard. Why put yourself in such a situation.

Great video, there is nothing like a perfect marriage or relationship, I learnt that in everything there is always a solution, 5 years ago I and my wife divorced because we were having some difficulties in our marriage but we are back together ,it was a really bad phase but we got through it
there is a lot of sense in what you just said and I hope mine works the same way too, we are currently separated but I cant live without her, I love her so much. wish I can get her back I can do anything to have her back, we have tried therapy amongst other things
its always difficult to let someone you love go, but in my case I had the help of a spiritual adviser who saved my marriage from collapsing her name is SHELLY RENEE WHITE.

I think this guy is into me because he's afraid to look at me or he blushes severely when he does look at me & he freaks out and gets scared and shuts down when we do make eye contact. I gave him my number finally on my own because he froze 2 different times when I asked him "How was his day?" I don’t think he realized that he was showing his dreamy meltness afterwards while on the phone with someone. But i caught it and said Awww he seems to really like me. But he has my number now and I can’t get him to talk to me. So I am giving him space. Hopefully he comes around. I need him to talk to find out if he is the one!

Oh I do agree about that jealousy thing but I also look at it if it’s meant to be it will happen. I told the one I want if she wants someone else then go as I only want someone that wants me not an option or flight over her as then I’ll go did she even want me or just settle for me. I have options but once you get emotionally attached and bonded it’s not that easy.

Once I consider a man a friend......that is what he is. To be a friend is IMPORTANT to me. It is not a "just" to me. If you cannot be a genuine friend, you will no longer know me. I understand this may come across as closed minded, but it is more about knowing what things are, and knowing what we want.
