I'd recommend a Carnivore diet ,but get advice first if you take medications ,because a ketogenic diet can gradually affect the dose required (eg less hypertension meds ).

Mind you, if you went to average doctors and said, "I'm going carnivore and I'll need you to monitor my blood pressure and adjust my meds as needed because I'll be getting metabolically healthy and more insulin sensitive as I progress (resulting in an improvement in my blood pressure)." The doctor might reply, "The carnivore what? No, that's dangerous. You don't want to risk that. What about your cholesterol? You'll die of a heart attack. And what does insulin have to do with blood pressure anyway?"
