From my experience, if you're doing reverse curls, 1. go light on weight and train in higher rep range and 2. use dumbbells not ez bar so you have more freedom on movement pattern.
Overhead tricep extensions, light af and for high reps have helped my elbows more than anything else. I mean lightweight, like a rep 3, it's not a workout I just wanna go through the full range of motion with a bit of resistance and enough reps to get the blood pumping to the area.
Obviously not medical advice just my experience.

This might get lost in the comment section but just wanna say Jesus loves u all and if you backslid from God or you never knew Him for who he really was repent and confess Him as your Lord and Savior by believing that he Rose from the dead and you'll be saved. You'll have a relationship with your Maker and you'll have your sins forgiven. This is an ignored saying, but Don't put it off cus you never know when you will breath your last and die. Romans 10:9-10 ~ If you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord" and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:13 - For Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Revelations 3:20 ~ Behold, I stand at the door and I'm knocking. Whoever comes and opens the door, I will come in and sup with him and he will me. God bless. Amen
