“ I went to check my heart, hope everything goes well” 💔 RIP Legend 💪✊
Idk how his heart could be healthy from all the years of Testosterone & being 80lbs overweight. I feel sad when I see old men like him trying to be huge like a young man instead of being healthy.
@@jking0.o121 tell me you are uneducated without telling me you’re uneducated
@@jking0.o121 he was only around 49years old at the time. Not really old at all.
@@SPARTON0Weezy 49 is definitely old in the bodybuilding world.

"I just got a cardiac MRI, so while I'm waiting for the results, I'm going to destroy these biceps".
I love John Meadows.
John is as good as it gets in this human world.
Just got back from doing a Cardiac MRI..then shouts "BuT AnYwAyS...!" Moves onto Biceps tutorial...LEGEND for sure.
RIP John

"You pick the bar up and curl it, sometimes I think we make training a little too complicated"- John Meadows
John was honestly the most authentic person I have ever come across in body building, no BS just knowledge and wisdom about lifting and life.
Love how you include your family in your videos. It’s heartwarming
I'm sad I only discovered this channel after his passing, such great advice he seems so genuine. R.I.P good sir thank you for sharing your knowledge 🙏
Enjoy the content. John certainly was a gift to the industry who is still giving.
Same 🙏🏾✨
Alexander is almost there! He just has to get the “alright” in the intro
The best is watching John incorporate his sons into his videos. John loves his twin sons so much and it really shows. John is such a class act and a good father! Rest in Peace, MountainDog1! You are a legend and you are very missed! ❤️🇺🇸💪🙏
That YoYo trick was the sickest thing I’ve seen 😂
I wish these Yo-Yo videos had less lifting in them but still great video!
RIP John! Thank you for everything you've done for us, and thank you to who is keeping his memory alive by sharing these vids 🙏
Man that intro absolutely broke my heart. Rip to an absolute legend
Most people try to use less biceps on lat pulldowns
John sits on it backwards to do only biceps
Be like John.
He is a amazing person. He is giving us free advice and work out information which others would charge a arm and a leg for.. RIP gone way too soon.Aloha 🤙🏾
Aloha, kuliana, pono.

Love your videos, everyday is a school day always learning from yourself and keeping myself and many other motivated,. Thank you!
You have no ideal how much I appreciate these videos. I've been out of the gym for 3 years. Put a lot of weight on. Finally got off my duff and back at it for the last few weeks. These work outs are great for working around past injuries and are enjoyable to do. Plus helps change up exercises since I'm on a 6 day split. Thanks again.
God bless this man, he has the best workout instructional videos on youtube..I often check in with his advice before training a specific bodypart.. RIP Mountain Dog, we miss you and love you.

The best!
I'll smash these out tomorrow. Thank you for your time and effort John, since I've subscribed to your channel I'm definitely stronger and getting bigger also. Love and peace from Liverpool England ✌️🇬🇧
excellent video john meadows, you ´re the man!!!
Great stuff mountain dog. Keep it comin
Crucifix curl's are one of my favourites, love the feel of them.
Great video, I don't have 7. I do have 1 absolute favorite. Using the ropes at a cable and a incline bench I do 10 half reps at the bottom of the motion like a hammer curl, 10 half reps at the top, and the 10 reps of full range rotating the wrist at the top. That's all 1 set, 3 sets is a great way to finish off a pump or get a pump going. Glad to see that you included a reverse curl!
Awesome John
Watching ur arm routine and it doesn't feel like ur gone rip in peace John and I will keep Watching ur videos I add them to my routine thanks for showing us so much
Hey John love ur vids hope ur health results come back good
Excellent exercises - and simple to perform. Can't beat that :)
I love the DB preacher curl, it's tough but effective
Thanks! They work!
Thank you again for your awesome videos. Tomorrow is my bicep and back day. I am using all of these tomorrow. Thanks in advance.
I absolutely love this guy god bless him
Alexander: This looks easier than it is

Great video John. Good to see Alexander doing his thing too! Respect
Love the exercises John
Thanks
This was awesome!
Goat definitely one of the best coaches on youtube
Thank you Sir
Another great video! We need the build your own pull workouts
Loving this series John. I enjoy incline dumbbell curls also, the stretch is incredible.
Yes! I didn't believe it until I tried it. Gotta be my favorite along with pronated grip EZ bar curls.
Alright these variations are just mind blowing
Added these to my You Tube workout library. Thanks John & prayers for good MRI results. Also, awesome job, Alexander 👍😉
Nice yoyo tricks, and loved the bicep tips.
I know that John won't have the time to read this, but, as a doctor (63 years old) who works in Romania, in quite a stressful environment, I dare say that Mounting Dog will be among us at least in the next 25 years. Believe me, he's got the look of a winer.
This hurts to read now. 😭
Great Video💪💪💪
Hey John! Great exercises : ) I also enjoy occasionally doing fielder curls: I have two dumbells on the floor, spread the feet, bend over to diagonal, pick up the dumbells, and smash them together as I curl.
I think I will add a few of these into my bicep day.
John! I just tried this style, one feeler, one to fail x7. I alternated with triceps and wow, was that fun and different! Thanks for the idea!
Love your sons little plug in the middle there hahaha. Keep grinding!!
Alexander is getting more comfortable in front of the camera! Love it!
Loved the yoyoing
Cant wait for my next bicep day to try this workout! Thanks John
Have fun!
That's how you get your arms so big. These are excellent arm workouts 💪😉 thanks John 💪😄
Another incredibly done video with all the tips and tricks for muscle growth. Learn everyday from the mountain dog
Great video John.. Godspeed with all the heart issues sir..Praying for you an your family..
Thank you kindly
Best content on UA-cam!
Thanks to the knowledge of the mountaindog, i have entered the 1000 lb club challenge oct 17 here in texas. Im 34 with 2 slipped discs in my back, and this is a goal of mine. To be strong, and fit. Im 5-11 205, yesterday i deadlifted 355 for 9 (1 rep every minute) and 395 for 1 afterwards. Today i benched 225 4x4 and 1x6(failure). Tomorrow is squats 265 4x5. In 2017 nerve damage kept me from walking for 4 days. Legs on fire if i move. Im learning how to keep that in check.
Keep it up
hey John, I’ve been incorporating some of your leg day tips (cluster set to 25) and I’m seeing progress after being stagnated for a long time! I feel like I’m getting newbie gains again - thanks!!
Keep it up
Loved the little man yoyo tricks
I am a huge fan of drag curls. Another movement you turned me into that I add into every arm day is the one you and Eugene did in Australia with the bar on a preacher bench where you grab the fat end and do reverse curls.
Love EZ bar seated curls.
RIP john. Thanks for everything😊💪💪💪
Highlight of the video..the YOYO tricks👏 sorry John your son always steals the show from you...great stuff guys keep up the good work.
Going to have to try that single arm cable angle!
Pretty sweet workout. Definitely going to give this a go.
Finished about an hour ago, my arms a re still rubber. Great workout, definitely will be part of my regular routine. Thank you!
Very talented, Alexander
John, hello from Russia and TY for the hints ,I*m gonna try em tonight in the gym, judging by the biceps you have-your advise is the right thing! Spasibo!(ty) ;)
Excellent, get well soon John.
All the best for the cardio MRI. I am hoping for the best possible results! Loving the video series
