- Claire shows you how to make a pasta salad that's perfect to make during peak tomato season! The reason this pasta salad holds up so well at room temperature is because you dress it twice. It absorbs the first round of dressing completely, the second addition keeps it glossy, and a fistful of walnuts and breadcrumbs means there’s always something to bite into.

What a great communicator and teacher Claire is! She's so articulate, sharp, elegant vocab, flawless didactic... Being a great cook here is a given but on top of that also a very talented teacher... that's a whole new level. She should use those skills to her advantage and have a series like "advanced cooking for beginners/dummies" because I'm sure she can make anything complex look doable.

Made this salad other day. It was delicious. Used feta cheese in lieu of parm, was amazing. Amazig recipe and very simple to put together! Claire, you're the best.

I just made this for dinner and it was de.li.cious! I am the most amateur cook there is and I this turned out perfect (my crumbs turned out to be a bit soggy but I think I just put a bit too much oil but they tasted great though), first I wasn't too sure of the sauce taste but as soon as I added the tomatoes in the mixture it was PERFECT! Like, this is probably now one of my all time favourite homemade dinner, I can't get over it! And this is quite a big batch so there is plenty left to take to school for lunch or leftover dinner for the next few days and its served cold so you don't need to worry about reheating! Thank you bon appétit for sharing this recipe!

I made this like a month or two ago. Saw the recipe on the website. One of the nicest things I've ever made.
