Here are both of his reports - what he learned from a marijuana dispensary and what he learned from law enforcement there.

@@fuckyoutube5584 Their has been a lot of research on pot.Not a lot in the US but other countries like Isreal and the UK. Either way it's still better then booze. In my own case I was injured real bad in Iraq and It has helped me big time. I have even been able to get off some of my pills. If nothing else it's the lesser of two evils.

i noticed the concern over DUI...duh like everyone who is stoned driving is already out there,but dispensaries cut that down usually too since you dont have to drive who knows where every time.And that is not even factoring in deliveries if or should they become part of the deal there.Overall this has been good for places which move forward on this issue.

Now im not advocating to smoke like this but my tolerance is such that being stoned feels more normal than otherwise and its basically impossible for anyone out in public to guess it. Lots of dealers do not want legalization.I live in CA and still to this day hear stories of how good it used to be before it was legal.

If you think seedy brick weed is better than what there is now, ok. It definitely had a strong effect when I was young.

I don't live in a legal state. I will be happy when I can walk down the street with an oz and not be nervous about cops and I can grow my own. Or buy it legally. But I don't deal, dont live in the past, and it doesn't matter what old dealers think.

Here in California you can get 8th's for $15-$40 bucks for 25%-34% THC concentration. It just depends on the dispensary and what deals they have available. I never pay more than $30 bucks for an 8th, not even for top shelf and that's with the taxes included. Four grams for almost $80 bucks! That is a rip off.

Cannabis has helped me so much. I’m 72 yrs old and have arthritis and painful knees. I started using cannabis and I feel so much better after using it for just under six months. I eat it, use the creams and I vape at times. There’s no reason it should be illegal. Plants are not a threat,the drug companies don’t want you to know what’s really in your prescriptions. Herbs and plant life belong to earth not man we use them not regulate them. What’s wrong with this country, jeez.

The taxes that legal dispensaries have to pay and the upfront costs to even get started is too high for most people and even if you're able to get a store running, the taxes you pay that you will be very lucky to turn a profit.
I went to a dispensary named planet 13 in Santa Ana in Orange County where I live and the place was really nice, but I bought an 8th that was $49 before taxes.
$49 for an 8th is already ridiculously high, but after taxes it was $66.00.
I could have bought the same quality weed for $35 elsewhere.
They're basically selling weed to pay taxes.

Recreational is legal in Montana now. You can get OUNCES as low as $100 + $20 tax.
Some places in Oregon sell $88 ounces + tax.
4% tax for medical, and 20% for recreational.
You can get ounces as low as $92 in OR or $104 in MT, after taxes, with a medical card. Or legally have 2-4 plants in your house (2 without medical card, 4 with it) and only pay what it costs to produce it yourself.
The dispensaries in Massachusetts are so broken. The real saving Grace that you can grow your own and if you're competent enough, you will save hundreds of dollars a year or more

What the dispensaries are starting to do is not go by 8ths or 1\4 ounces and whatnot.
They're just going with charging by the gram.
The average is about 10 dollars a gram.

Grow your own! It's legal in MA, and super easy. I have never grown anything in my life prior to weed, and I got 2 ounces from one plant on my first try. It's called weed for a reason: it grows like garden weeds; they're everywhere and grow in spite of you!
Seriously weed plants can take some abuse, suboptimal climate, etc, and it will still grow so long as you tend to it properly.

In Florida it won’t be recreational legal because big pharmaceutical can’t monopolizes the sale of marijuana then. And Republicans get massive campaign donations from pharmaceutical companies. How does this make sense that in Virginia starting July 1 Marijuana becomes legal and you are allowed to grow 4 plants or posses up to one ounce? If you grow 4 plants and do it right and depending on the strain you could possibly get close to a pound. What are people suppose to do if they yield several ounces from the four plants?

I live in Texas, I see news clips like this one and I just get more depressed. We still arrest over 60,000 folks a year and the penalties are still pretty much the same since 1970. Hell, eatables and concentrates are still a felony here, even one drop, off to prison you go. Texas is surrounded by legal states and even countries but I guess they got too many private prisons still waiting to be filled. Other states are making millions in revenue and taxes and Texas still spends millions and millions of dollars arresting and putting Texas citizens in jail and ruining their lives for what?

I've been driving High Everyday since I was 16 years old I'm 44 now never had an accident or problem but I did get a DUI marijuana because he smelled it in the car but have a perfect driving record other than that 🤷♂️🤦♂️........
once you smoke for 10 years it's no different than smoking cigarettes( it's just the taste and chemical that enters your bloodstream giving you a little relaxation no different than nicotine) try smoking a cigarette for the first time you won't even be able to walk or talk like a serious tranquilizer.....
