- In this video I show you guys what my average day looks like as I try to grow my smma agency as a beginner. I show you guys how its been going with our first client at the agency and what I am doing to try getting our second client at the agency. I break down also our lead gen ads how those have been performing and also go into gohighlevel as well. Just so you guys know Im still a beginner and Im documenting my journey as I try to become a successful SMMA entrepreneur!

I respect the grind, big effort. If that is most days for you it's a big effort. My suggestion following on from your statements about books is to try and get more clients and figure it out later. Money in is key and the process you have nailed, you want to get your 9-5 to be this business as quickly as possible to push your goals to the next level.

HeyJuan， I already looked up the software GHL and it is amazing. Just curious, apparently it is such a powerful software for agency owners. However, why didn't Iman teach it in the course? (Or did he? I am only at module 3 right now). Thanks for your attention!
Hey good question bro, yeah the reason why Iman doesn't talk abou it it I think is because GHL is not relevant for ecom agencies, its mostly relevant for lead gen agencies. So I think his agency is just ecom so he doesnt need it.

Might seem like a daft question. But whenever you’re doing outreach I am assuming most prospects will not answer calls after 16:00? Or do you tend to just email all your prospects instead of calling them?

You can still do it, but you would have to track the leads manually and reach out the them one by one

I dont see why it wouldnt work in Germany, I imagine it does, the only thing I can see being an issue is the text and call feature through twilio, Im not sure if twilio works in germany :)

No they are different types of software, I would say gohighlevel is mostly for lead gen agencies

question, so what happens if you get a client but don't fulfil on the offer and can't give them bookings.
In that case we would refund our service fee to the client!

right now Im just working alot, so my days are usually 10 hour work days, I try also getting alot done during the weekends, but yes its a lot of work :)

Wow that’s insane you’re 13 and already starting your business! What you could do is find a partner that is older and you could handle some aspects of the business while your partner does the sales calls
