- In this video I show you my cold email script that I will use to sign my second smma client at the agency. I break down line by line and explain why I included that copywrite in there. If any of you has tried cold email outreach you know that its trial and error and iterating every time to improve your open rate and reply rate. So this is what Ill be doing in the next few weeks until I can sign a client. Also let me know what you think of my email script and if there is stuff I should improve.

yo man-- been loving the series. I've been doing lead gen via cold LI outreach for around 6 months. I think the script is pretty alright; def some areas you could improve. I think the biggest two things is: 1) length-- most of my messages are 50 words or shorter and 2)CTA-- make the CTA a bit softer (ie Would that be of interest to you? instead of just dropping a calendly link). If they are interested, funnel them into a meeting from there. Again, im def not an expert but this has been what worked for me

Two things you should think about:
When you include a link in an email, you're more likely to end up in "advertisement" or "spam" folder.
You also want the prospect to replay to your email, if you send 100 email and get 0 replays everyday for a month, you are very likely to be marked as spam.

as an agency owner myself i highly recommend ditching cold emails altogether. Picking up the phone and doing cold calls is infinitely better trust

Awesome video Juan. I recommend ChatGPT AI Bot for copywriting improvements. Just give it something to work with and it will do a good chunk of the work for you. I also recommend to first learn the principles of copywriting so you know what to ask this AI to do for you. I hope this is useful brother. I am starting my journey this next month too and with the help of ChatGPT I am certain I can speed up my process.

Nice video man, I like the serie so far. I am starting to learn sales to maybe start my own agency (I hope) and I had a question, how do you deal with your first client ? Like when he asks for proofs (case studies, references, things like that) what am I supposed to say ? I feel like the first client is a nightmare to get.
yeah getting the first client is hard! I would do a guarantee offer, like if you dont get them results you give them the service fee back, or a free trial so you can get experience and get a case study! good luck

Hey Juan love your videos I wanted to ask something I am a teenager and it's been a week since i started a smma course from Udemy and I am also learned Google ads with it but I am broke as hell so do I need some investments to do? I saw in the course vid that you have to put some money like website hosting and invoice stuff g suit etc and I don't even have money for that I am learning Google ads with but please tell me is there a way to start the agency without any investments? I trust the process and i am staying committed to the process but what if I learner everything and don't have the even little amount of money to spent you know it's the starting give me some advice
hey thanks bro! I would say you need a bit of money to get started maybe around $200 to cover softwares and email hosting stuff like that, then once you sign your first client it will start covering all your costs!

Hey we are using the starter plan but once we get another client we’re going to upgrade, and yes clients do pay for the ads! :)

I tried email marketing a year ago, and today as well. I stopped a bit in between those times.
I've been getting 1-2% open rate for my emails I send today. Do cold emails still work these days? My niche is ecommerce, maybe that's why I have a low open rate.
I'm curious what's your current open rate when you reach out to chiropractors.

They still work but an open rate of 1-2% is crazy low even eCommerce. Using pattern breaks in subject line could help for instance using all small letters or replacing some letters with numbers. I'm in the Law niche and my open rate is over 70% with 1000+ emails sent.

How do you get the doctors email? Don't you only find the general email on their websites which will be probably handled by a secretary and never even go through?
Sometimes yeah that’s the case but other times I do find the email of the chiropractor directly

I would say its very competitive, lots of people in this niche, but its also a big industry :)
Hey bro so u have 1 client right now, so how long do you work for them each day most gurus out there say smma owners work 4 hrs a week. Also I heard in a video that you can hire people from fiverr to do manage all your ads and whatever the client work is, and you can heavily focus on closing on appointments is that true
I work on this client about 3 hours a day because I’m doing everything (with my business partner) ourselves. We don’t have any contractors, we want to learn first and later on hire a team member to help us. Definitely it’s a lot of work and it’s gonna take a while to get to the point where we only focus on closing appointments

Yeah you ask them what is their ad budget per month but you can also suggest an ad budget to them

don't you think they see like, it is free trial and after you get them clients only you get paid...is that is the offer they make believe like? or you take money frist and if they won't get results then they will be getting the money back?
Yeah it’s actually money back if we don’t achieve the results
No offense brother but business owners get these kinds of emails all day, you have to reach out with something that catches their attention right away. So for example, you keep the first line and then say something along the lines of: "I know you probably get these emails all the time so I'll get to the point" and then put in your offer and the call to action after
Also, adding links to the email flags Gmail and is more likely to go to spam.

I would suggest you market to business owners the same way you market for business owners. Targeted social media marketing so it blatantly shows you know how to connect to the right people. Cold emails can work but the amount of time invested vs solid leads... it can also show you have proof in your product as you do it yourself?

@@QuenZ No I don't, used to watch a youtuber called Thomas Gonnett on it and he really layed agencies out very well, sparked my interest when he started uploading.
However I worked at a christmas lighting E-Commerce company this christmas, I know the owner of it very well and he's raking in millions in net profit every year. He makes E-Com look easy, even though he repeatedly tells me it's way harder than people think. Especially now that you have to compete with huge companies like Amazon if you're out there on your own site.
Just really looking to start anything right now, gotta shoot the bullet to see how accurate it is and then I can re-adjust.

We did around 400 outreach pieces, not all of them were emails tho
Yo, so I studied copywriting and for cold emails, you want to make something that will attract someone's attention like, '' How Pablo Escobar made his millions''. As the subject line am not saying copy word for word just that make the subject line something that attracts attention and that has something to do with the email. .like for example in your case "Life changing opportunity''

I would say it’s okay since it has lots of competition and it can be hard to attribute specific ROI to a client, which makes it hard to charge high fees
