- As I start doing outreach to schedule meetings and also sign my second client at my smma agency, Im learning alot, so here are some tips if you are looking to sign your first few clients for your smma agency specially if you are doing cold emails and cold calls to land sales calls/meetings.

• Keep emails short
• Avoid too many links to avoid them getting marked as spam
• Have a softer call to action
• Test one variable at a time to gain insights in what works
• Push through and keep a large volume of outreach with emails and cold calls
• Don't expect one sales call to automatically sign a client, aim to get one to three sales calls a week for the best results

Gotta learn to love cold calling guys! I’ve been in sales the last couple of years selling cars and solar and from my experience cold calling isn’t so bad as long as you learn to have fun with it! The script and your ability to be personable will be key. Act like you’re talking with a friend! Learn how to write a script that fits your style and that allows you to maneuver a prospect to an appointment. It’s not how great the offer is but it’s how well you can sizzle it, if you know what I mean. Learn your basic sales tactics and let them become second nature. For example: FOMO, looping, FFF, etc. Gotta make it sound good and be ready to answer questions and solve the prospect’s problems. At a certain point in your career, you’ll feel like you’ve heard every objection and question out there and you’ll know exactly how to answer it! When you learn how to finesse over the phone, then the sales part of this will be so easy! Also remember that sales is a numbers game! So 200 calls should equal 80-100 contacts and that should equal at least 2-5 appointments! Sales takes a while to get comfortable at. It’s not something that you’ll immediately be good at (unless you’re a natural). But with patience and practice, you’ll be as good as Cardone haha! Good luck to everyone!

Hi Juan can you make a video showing how you make and display your ads. I keep on having trouble with that and I was hoping you can demonstrate that.
If you really want to grow you have to spend money on ads to get more business. Look into what your competitors are doing through facebook ad library I'm sure you're being targeted by their ads. This will free up tons of your time and allow to focus more on customer experience and all you have to do is book the sales calls and show up for them.
To anyone doing outreach I really recommend 'Streak', its an extention for Chrome. You can send multiple mails at once, while still changing the name, business name etc. and you can track how many people actually open the email.
It's totally free, however you can upgrade to get some extra perks

a little tip when it comes to email outreach. you want to start a conversation make them reply and then start slowly to introduce them to what you are doing and make sure they are on the hook

hey bro ive always questioned how the pricing works? do you include the ad budget in the pricing? or is it seperate from your service price? and if its seperate how do you tell the client you charge them 1,000 a month for the service and another 1000 for the ad budget equaling 2,000. also what is the average ad budget you use a month?

@@juansmmajourney Send the messages directly to the business. To get the foot in the door I open with «Hey «…..», is this the right place to as a question?». When you got the foot in the door, its allt harder for them to ghost you. Structure the convo for providing them value ONLY, dont sell the meeting after you’ve provided them value via looms etc etc

Try asking for permission before pitching your offer, for example "this is a cold call, so I have something to pitch your business, are you opposed to giving me just 20 seconds of your time if your not interested then it's 100% fine"

Create an segment of at least 200 and personalize the cold email according to that particular nich.

So far the best ones have been “quick question owner name”, “quick q” and “thoughts owner name”

I would say on average around 10 right now, but that’s also cause I have a full time job

You do realise 'outreach' is a made up way of getting business for agencies? I don't know anyone who does cold calling. To get customers you need in bound marketing using 'free audits' or 'webinars'.

why don't you try out the instagram dm outreach, it is working amazingly rather then email, i'm getting 3-4sales call in 1 week using the jeol's script(the youtuber)..may be that helps you to reach your goal even faster:)

Hey Juan,
THIS IS JUST MY OPINION:
Your cold calling script is bad. Here's why:
1. The second sentece you say to the other person you are outreaching is YOUR OFFER, big red flag, ask how they are or if they have minute because you want to respect their time.
2. Don't ask if they have a marketing team, kinda stupid question, if they don't have they won't tell you anyways.
3. Don't use buzz words (Ads, Marketing mainly) that's a big turn off, once the prospect hears those words they want to hung up.
4. When they say "We are not interested" you should say "May I ask why you're not interested?" Depending on the prospect they will tell you a reason, and if you are good at it you can change their mind and try to get them kn a meeting with you!
I learned this through my Journey cold calling, and Im introverted as you are, Im 15, in school Im always with the headphones and I just don't talk to anyone. So my advice to you is don't get a No/Not interested as an answer, talk with the prospect, sound confident, voice clear and talk slowly.
