- In this video I break down how I was able to fulfill on my guarantee of booked appointments with my first smma client for my lead gen marketing agency as a complete beginner. I used gohighlevel which is a software for agency owners, and Ill show you the conversations, automations, and integrations I used as well to book those appointments for our client.

You should create a calendar for your client within highlevel and connect it to thier Google calendar. Then within highlevel you can create a form with all the same questions in your Google questionnaire and link it to the client calendar in highlevel. Then in the calendar settings you can also add a payment option using stripe.
If you do this, then in one calendar link you can:
1. Get leads to fill out the questionnaire
2. Get leads to pay the appt deposit
3. Get leads to book in their own appointment at a time which suits them.
This way you dont have to go back and forth to book an appointment you can achieve everything in one link which you send to leads

Whats up bro I respect the grind I don't get on youtube much but I went on to look up more about the software because I just bought it myself. I'll be honest I started my agency journey July 1st and it has been successful but I will be honest I went about it a lot differently than a lot of people I literally tried walking into business's door and sale my services to them I had no system no plan no anything I just had a whole lot of hustle. My first client I actually got the first day I started my company only problem is I did not have a system. I got a lot more clients because sales are super easy for me. Now I am on the back end 6 months of my first year of running an marketing agency and now I am in the process of learning these skills. I'd love to connect with you bro I fuck with the grind. Hey man, some unsolicited advice for you. Instead of asking them to fill up a form over SMS, you should have a form/survey on your landing page that your leads go to so that you can qualify them. Once that is done, lead them to a calendar to book an appointment. Then once that is done, just call them up to confirm the appointment and another time an hour before the scheduled appointment to remind them.
Well done, I think GHL is awesome although you definately don't need it from the start.

Hey Juan, great video. Just curious if you only use google calendar with ghl for your client's patients and to book meetings with your clients, or if you use calendly for all of your clients and discovery calls? I hope the wording made sense lol

But I have a question I’m struggling with booking appointments for my detailing client because ceramic coatings aren’t really a “needed” thing, it’s more like a “want” so how would you go about booking appointments for people like that? What messages would you send to leads.

We just found a paid client but if I think getting a free client and getting a good case study is also a good strategy

your automation bot writes directly to the lead when they fill the form on facebook, or you redirect them on a funnel to qualify them and then your bot will start the automation?

We run lead gen ads on fb yes we use lead forms within Facebook

How come you're not using GHL forms? - Also, ask "how soon would you like to come in?". Creates subtly urgency while still allowing the prospect to choose, while moving the convo toward an end result.

When you say the client can review the form, how do they review the form? Does this go straight to there email? What if they don’t have a gmail account?

Good q, yes we promise a certain number of booked appointments per month if not we refund them our service fee!
Also when your were texting the client regarding their appointment was that all manual from yourself?
Yes after the first couple of texts that’s was done manually

The clients we have dont have a stripe account so we just tell them how to create it!
